The staff is rude and and there’s no breakfast breakfast is not a bowl of fruit and water please fix this if you don’t have breakfast don’t put it on the website another thing someone was knocking on my door at 12:00 am and 1:00 am for no reason me and my wife were scared

Inseguro y poco amable recepción de noche... de día es más amable en recepción

Hace falta mantenimiento y ojalá pudieran leer esto pero creo que falta mas empatía en el personal de recepción de noche, el joven tenia un trato poco amable y despectivo, deben entender que no nos estan haciendo un favor, estamos contratando un servicio y lo mínimo es recibir un trato amable y acorde a lo que pagas
