Pros:

I enjoyed the staff at the front desk. They were very friendly and understanding of our last minute booking. They recommend some fun places to go while we were in town. Our room was so comfortable and cool. The weather was so hot during our visit and we enjoyed the a/c unit in our room. Staying here made our trip so much better.

The best hotel in Chula Vista.
Pros:

This is the second time I stay here. The location is wonderful because the tram station is really close as well as some bus stops. There are some restaurants around the hotel and there's also a 24/7 convenience store nearby. The fact that the room is equipped with a microwave and fridge is a plus. The staff is always willing to assist their guests, especially Carlos, the manager. Breakfast is continental, but it's enough to start the day. Im coming back soon.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that the 100 usd deposit took about a month to disappear from my credit card, but well it finally did and everything was OK.

Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Gute und kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Bequeme Betten.
Jeden vierten Sonntag ist ein Oldtimer Auto Treffen auf dem Parkplatz nebenan. Es war spannend, diese Autos sogar anfassen zu können.

Cons:

Einfaches Frühstück, aber sättigend. Sehr glatte Badewanne. Wir sind beide ausgerutscht. Eine Antirutschmatte haben wir nicht gefunden.
Insgesamt sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is a motel, not a hotel. They refused a refund when the rooms bathroom tub was in unsanitary conditions. we didn’t even stay the night and don’t feel heard at all. Left without a refund. Staff offered zero solutions.
