Great location. But beds were uncomfortable.
Pros:

I could not find where the breakfast bar was. But then when he couldn't see right off he probably just gave up on looking for it. The location of it close to the hospital.

The shower was nice, except it leaked all over the floor.

Cons:

There were dirty kleenex tissues left under the sink from the previous guests. And front desk worker was completely unfazed by me telling her my issues.

Great for overnight medical stay as BSW Cardiac offices are walking distance.

Staff was nice and beds were clean.

Cons:

Bathroom floor clearly was never mopped -- maybe for the last few guests. Housekeeping, you need to do better. I get this is a budget hotel but you can't ever skimp on cleaning. I can tell you the beds were clean. If the beds were not clean I would have walked out.
