Pros:

It’s not the newest hotel there but it was clean, convenient and staff were great. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price.

What I liked most about my stay was the convenient location. Having restaurants and shopping stores nearby made it easy to find places to eat and shop without having to travel far.

Cons:

I would like to express my concerns regarding the cleanliness, service, and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel.

First, the downstairs bathroom on the main floor was not clean and had an unpleasant odor. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the facility.

Second, there was an issue with the availability of towels in our room. Upon arrival, we were provided with only one set of towels. We were informed that whenever we needed additional towels, we would have to come downstairs to pick them up. As a result, each evening when we returned to the hotel, we had to pick up towels for the following day.

I specifically asked a staff member if I could receive two sets of towels, but I was told that no extra towels were available and that someone would bring them to my room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and I had to borrow a towel from my brother’s room to shower the following day.

Additionally, on one day during our stay, the elevator was not working. This caused further inconvenience and added to our overall dissatisfaction with the hotel experience.

I believe cleanliness, functioning facilities, and basic amenities, such as an adequate supply of towels, are essential to providing guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, these issues negatively affected our experience.

I hope management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests receive the level of service and accommodations they expect.

Hotel room was dirty , place smelled heavily of marijuana day and night. Shower drain stopped up had to stand in 3 inches of water while showering. During the rainstorm the ceiling opened up above window and leaked into the room

Decent stay for the price! I would stay again.
Pros:

Pretty good hot breakfast with waffles, fruit, and sausage is included. Hotel was easy to find and tucked away right off the highway.

Cons:

The room could have been a little cleaner; I found a live flea in the bed and the table needed to be wiped down. I had an adjoining room and could hear everything that my neighbor was saying and doing.

It was clean and the bed comfy on the main floor, but a little hidden behind other businesses during road work. Had to go back after I had passed it up.

Cons:

The mobility bathroom was tough for me to use, especially the toilet area. I believe the bathroom facilities was mainly for wheelchair accommodation not for someone with a cane. So the toilet was to low for me, I could have managed it better if handle bars were on the sides of toilet instead of behind it.
