Pros:

Lo único bueno del hotel fue el desayuno abundante y variado. El horario muy corto para nuestro gusto ya que termina a las 10 am. También rescato el aire acondicionado fue lo único placentero

El hotel es una vergüenza. No hay suciedad hay MUGRE de mucho tiempo. Había muchos huéspedes es un edificio de 11 pisos y solo funcionaba solo uno. Cada vez que tenías que bajar o subir la fila era de mucha gente que se acumulaba para subir o bajar. Gran parte de tiempo tuvimos que usar escaleras para bajar o subir. Las camas estaban rotas eran colchones viejos y totalmente sucios. Nos limpiaron la habitación un día de los 5 que estuvimos. Pedimos prestada una cuchara y hasta eso nos quisieron cobrar. El estacionamiento se paga aparte no está incluido en la tarifa y tiene un valor de 125 reales por día. Busquen por el mismo valor en otro portal y no van a renegar

Horrible, no andaba la tele ni el telefono...cucarachas en el baño... ruidos del baño con carga de agua todo el día...tuve que rogar para que nos cambien las toallas después de dos dias, nadie habla ni ingles ni español y no les interesa ni hacerse entender ni entenderte....de dos ascensores andaba solo uno....era esperar el subte b en Dorrego después de que se suben todos en Lacroze....la pileta en el piso 11....un viaje a Rosario

Pros:

única coisa que se salva é o atendimento da equipe da recepção. Muito cordiais.

Cons:

Café da manhã deixa a desejar. Relacionamento com o hospede muito ruim. Não havia toalhas para todos do quarto, e eles não trocam toalhas.

Cons:

hice la reserva a través de Booking con la opción de pagar en el alojamiento. Una semana antes de mi llegada al hotel me hicieron el descuento de mi tarjeta del total lo que no me molesto si de igual forma debía pagarlo pero al llegar al alojamiento tuve que pagar de nuevo porque supuestamente booking había hecho ese de descuento de la tarjera y ellos debían realizar el reembolso y en realidad los que cobraron 2 veces fueron los del hotel. Hasta hoy nadie se ha hecho responsable de ese cobro extra a pesar de todos los reclamos que he realizado.

Cons:

Fomos roubado neste hotel. O valor de 8 mil reais. O hotel se negou a mostrar as filmagem da porta de acesso ao nosso apartamento. Falou que mostraria se tivesse um B.O passei uma manhã toda na delegacia fazendo o B.O e ao chegar no hotel eles falaram que somente com autorização de um juiz. Nós pedimos para que eles olhar as câmeras. Falaram que nao podia fazer. E pra completar no outro dia entram novamente no nosso apartamento e levaram mais dinheiro. Podem ate dizer que fomos besta mais nao da pra andar com dinhero nas ruas do rico e nao pode deixar no hotel. Dai eles questionaram que deveria ter colocado no cofre. Concordo erro meu. Mais isso nao exclui a responsabilidade do hotel que eles entraram no quarto e pegaram o dinhero dentro da minha mala. Conselho nao se hospedar la. Vao levar seus pertence de valor.
