Personale gentile, ottima posizione e fantastica colazione.
Pros:

Stanza piuttosto grande e in ottime condizioni. Colazione molto ben assortita e di ottima qualita', piena di prodotti locali. Posizione perfetta per visitare il Prado o per muoversi in citta, essendo l'albergo vicinissimo alla metro e servito da numerosi autobus. Ho molto apprezzato anche al presenza di una sala fitness sufficientemente equipaggiata con una macchina multiuso e un set di pesi.

Molto gentile anche il personale della reception, che ha acconsentito a che prendessi possesso della camera con un paio di ore di anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto essendo arrivato con un volo particolarmente presto al mattino.

Cons:

Un peccato che l'ingresso fosse in ristrutturazione nel corso del mio soggiorno e quindi non come in foto: era molto bello nelle foto e avrei gradito farmici almeno unselfie, ma sono certo che gli ospiti che verranno dopo di me potranno godere di un contesto migliorato - e in ogni caso non ho subito disagi di alcun genere da questi lavori.

I’m coming back
Pros:

Location was great, near Atocha (to take trains), and had a bus stop right outside. El Prado, Reina Sofia and El Retiro were at a walking distance. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a separation in the room between bathroom, dressing area and the room itself, I liked that.

Just to say something, the closet was a little small

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, но тут есть как плюсы так и минусы, окна выходят на большой проспект и спать с открытыми окнами было практически невозможно, но в целом хороший отель, есть паркинг (общественный, но с выходом сразу в отель), номера комфортные, все как и в принципе в отелях этой сети
