Very disappointed with the hotel’s complete lack of communication. I tried to arrange a surprise through Booking, called twice, and sent an email — no response through any channel. For such a high-priced hotel, I expect at least basic communication and customer service. Not answering the phone, emails or Booking messages is simply unacceptable.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel professionnel et attentionné, chambres impeccables et très bien conçues, espaces aérés et élégants. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’ascenseur vitré donnant sur le jardin, une excellente idée pour apporter une belle sensation d’ouverture.
L’emplacement face au parc est idéal et le petit-déjeuner buffet est exceptionnel. Parmi les hôtels que j’ai visités, je le comparerais sans hésitation au Château Frontenac à Québec.
Une mention spéciale à Julia, Guest Manager, pour la délicate attention à l’occasion de mon anniversaire, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe pour son excellent service.
9,5/10 pour cette première expérience, avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et serai très heureuse d’y séjourner à nouveau avec ma famille.
