Hotel is going downhill and we won’t stay here again unless changes are made

Our room smelled like mildew and was damp feeling. Mold in shower. Bed was the hardest bed we’ve ever slept on

Pros:

Staff was accommodating and understanding even when my party screwed up and we had to replace our room cards twice, room was very well air-conditioned in the summer heat, the pool was comfortably warm, and the TV had access to screen mirroring, so we could stream from our phones.

Cons:

The disability aid chair at the pool seems to be broken, the breakfast was quite limited and ran out a bit too fast, and there wasn't enough space for trash in the room. Otherwise, I had nothing to complain about.

Good, but loud.
Pros:

Clean, good location.

Cons:

A high school baseball team was also staying here and they kept running up and down the halls making loud noises in the halls and in their rooms which were completely surrounding us. At 10:45pm, I finally stuck my head out the door and told them it was time to quiet down. Maybe make sure large groups of young kids are respectful of others staying.
