Great location.
Pros:

Loved the location. Literally close to everything! Loved the hot breakfast.

Cons:

I didn’t like how small the bathrooms were. It was barely any space to fit yourself in. The pool was closed (not sure why), and there were a bunch of men gathered at the picnic tables behind the hotel which was a little sketch. Too expensive for it to be as outdated as it is. The lobby was super hot to the point where I started sweating during breakfast and had to ask the staff to please turn the air down.

Pros:

The Customer service representative at check in was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet selection was great and fresh. The lady brings fresh food to the buffet and attended to Customers. I enjoyed my 1 night stay.

Good location - comfortable rooms
Pros:

The check in process was made most delightful by the gentleman who checked me in. I did not like the wait to check in and there were other folks there that probbaly could have opened up thier terminal and checked us in but the RBF on the 2 gals on the other terminal told me that wahtever they were doing was more important than me. THe guy was great who did check me in.

Cons:

Being made to feel like second class by the gals at the other computer. I will note that they did start checking in folks after we all waited at least 20 minutes for this gal to complain to all involved and she finally realized others were waiting - but by that time we were all (the people waiting) ticked off for not having both terminals open and checking folks in. Y'all have to do better than that in my opinion.
