Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Wished I would have understood more about this hotel before booking because comfort inn by itself is usually a great place to say clean and comfortable but this one with the mainstay extended stay was nasty. It was not comforting and suites quality at all.

Overall an enjoyable stay, good location, clean room
Pros:

Very clean, smelled very good. The pool was nice. The bed was comfortable

The tub was a bit small

Pros:

I have to mention Rob and Anthony at the front desk. So kind and friendly!! Being away from home it sure is nice to see those smiling faces, made me feel at home. Thank you Guys!

Disappointed in the Facility
Pros:

We like the fact that we COULD have checked in at 2 PM, which is earlier than other hotels and that there was a decent restaurant attached to the hotel. After having been the car most of the day we did not want to have to drive again. Technically it was clean.

Cons:

For starters when we arrived the Elevator was not working. We are seniors. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Fortunately by the time we finished dinner the elevator had been repaired. The Hotel is older and showing its age in spots. Caulking is yellowing on the seams in the bathroom, and bathroom was very small. Pillows on the King size bed were very small. Towels were on the thinner, rougher side. Breakfast was not horrible, the coffee was! The plastic silverware broke when I was trying to cut my sausage and the paper plates were the very cheap white ones . I am glad we were only spending one night.

Pros:

Summer (agm) was great, She spent time answering our questions and gave helpful recommendations on food and activities in the area. Miss Kay prepared the breakfast buffet. Nice selection, strong coffee and helpful. Enjoyed that staff took time to talk with us. We plan to stay there again while visiting family!

I would highly recommend. Good price, staff was great, clean, comfortable & the breakfast was good.
Pros:

From the start, Anna greeted us and was very kind and helpful. The staff was always helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well. The breakfast were good with variety and it was filled up regularly.

Cons:

I was traveling with my mom who is 86. She likes the light on in the bathroom so she can walk safely to it at night. The switch in the bathroom is for the light and fan together, so if we leave the light on the fan is loud.
Bigger cups for coffee. More fruit at breakfast.
I had to use the business room one evening, it needs updating. The office chair was slightly broken, but usable. The door to the room scrapped on the floor.

Pros:

It was very easy to find. The restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

The deadbolt lock was broken on the door, there was some stains on the carpet, the bed pillows are tiny and someone had wrote I hate my life on the air conditioner that wasn't cleaned off.

Pros:

They upgraded me and it was a nice room

Cons:

Wifi cut in and out so when watching show on laptop it kept cutting off which was inconvenient
