Reasonably-priced option not far from the airport, with an airport shuttle service. Its location is a bit out of the way, but that was not a concern for me. The room met expectations - it was clean and comfortable, and quiet. The staff were helpful. Located beside the Rideau River on a spacious lot - quite an attractive setting.
I should not complain about the breakfast - after all, it was free (unlike in other Ottawa airport-area hotels). There was also lots of variety. However, the quality of much of the food and its freshness left very much to be desired. The baked goods were mostly dry and stale, for example. Fortunately, there was some fresh fruit on offer, and the coffee was OK.
The room met my expectations and needs as lower-cost option close to the airport. The free airport shuttle was much appreciated. The premises seemed well maintained, the staff were helpful, and the bed was comfortable. No concerns.
It fully met my needs as a staging post after arriving in Ottawa by air, and for leaving Ottawa on an early morning flight. Its location is a bit out of the way, but that was irrelevant for me this time.

Very comfy and big room (except for the size of our beds), great shower, good breakfast, outstanding view on the Rideau River!
Double beds, not Queen size!
Spacious and comfortable. Everything one needed.
It was very hard to get the luggage cart in and out from the parking lot because it was not flat and the doors would not stay open. Quite a struggle and it was raining hard.
The restaurant was a good way away from the room (an outside walk) and again it was raining hard.

The rooms were very noisy from the sound from the boiler. Again the room was not properly cleaned. It had pet furs all over the sofa. I had to move my room twice just to get a manageable room.
Breakfast was delicious! View from room was amazing and hotel convenient location not in busy area
