Location. Breakfast and friendly staff. The river just behind the hotel was very relaxing to see and sit at its bank.

Cons:

The metal stairs to go up to the rooms on the top/first floor of the building just at the entrance.
Bathroom was too small.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and check in was easy..the location was ideal as well.

Cons:

That you could hear the people above us as there was a lot of jumping up and down. I understand it was little people sp we didn't make an issue.

We enjoyed the location by the river and that we could rent canoes from the hotel to explore the river

Floors in hotel room seemed soft as if wet. And room had a bit of a musty smell

The pool was very warm. The staff were all friendly.

Cons:

The hotel and grounds are very tired looking and not kept up well. Everything appeared to have a layer of dirt on it. The poolside lounge chairs were ripped and dirty. There was just an overall look of disrepair about the buildings and grounds, which is unfortunate because it is in a beautiful area.
