Bon emplacement, calme mais un peu triste

La restauration n’est pas d’une qualité exceptionnelle.
Petit déjeuner à 21 €. Certes il y a du choix mais de qualité moyenne. Et en cette période de l’année, la clientèle est une population très âgée.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein organisatorisches Problem beim Einchecken. Das Personal hat freundlich, motiviert und kompetent geholfen. Auch die Unterbringung von Gebäck und Fahrrad (teilweise für eine Woche vor Anreise) hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, die Lage ist direkt am Las Canteras Strand. Die Zimmer waren einwandfrei sauber. Wellness-Bereich und Gym sind ebenso nett wie der Dachpool. Alles-in-allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Ein kleines Ärgernis gab es für mich. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Korkenzieher … im Restaurant wollten sie mir keinen leihen, da „so viele wegkommen“ … ein 2 Euro-Artikel, obgleich ich zusammen mit Begleitung 5.000€ dort lasse. Wurde zum Glück auch von der Rezeption gelöst - kulant.

Cons:

El tratamiento del personal fue nefasto. Entramos al hotel tarde . Yo. A las 21:00 hs mi marido por temas laborales entro a las 00:30 pedimos si, nos podían dar la salida tardía ya que era la suite y salió casi 500 e y nos , nos dieron las dieron. Teníamos que pagar el 50% y salir a las 18:00 hs

Lo más fuerte es que ni pagando nos dejaron quedar . La recepcionista no. Nos dio la prioridad. porque somos residente Canarios y vivíamos en la zona.

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y fue igual o mejor que la primera. La ubicación excelente,las habitaciones cómodas,amplias y limpias y la calidad del buffet espectacular

Cons:

Que la cafetería del hotel por las noches ofrezca algo más de comer,no solo bebida,si no quieres entrar al restaurante a cenar

Nice hotel, great location.
Pros:

I loved the location, a couple of metres from the beach. The public areas and rooms are kept clean. The staff in general were very pleasant.

L'hôtel est tres bien conçu le lieu est idéal. La nourriture en demi-pension est excellente et tres bien organisée car L'hôtel était plein. Le personnel est cool et très stylé. Du tres bon travail...Hôtel à conseiller
