Nice clean good breakfast hotel, but license plate theft from my car kind of soured me on a return
Pros:

Nice room with comfy beds, breakfast had good selection of hot foods, clean , staff nice..

Cons:

My license plate was stolen from my car in a parking space right across parking area from the lobby. No exterior security cameras. Only caused delay from us leaving to obtain a police report to allow me to drive the plateless car.

We enjoy staying at Country Inn properties and the beds were excellent, room clean and quiet.
Cons:

The shower head was only one position not flexible to adjust for heights. The shower head looked like a quick replacement and not user friendly.we

Great hotel.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the event I was attending. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Restaurant across parking lot was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels and washcloths.

Cons:

Bathroom could have benefited from some towel bars/hooks. Mattress was overfirm for our tastes, and the pillows were a bit lacking.

Brief over night stay while traveling. Room very comfortable but breakfast disappointing.
Pros:

Building looked well kept, upgraded to lovely two room suite, nice amenities, comfortable bed, staff very pleasant and doing their best.

Cons:

Breakfast was definitely over rated in reviews and was one of the reason we chose this property

Disappointing but fine in previous stays.

Cons:

I've previously had enjoyable stays at this hotel. But this time, there were several problems during my stay. Most were minor. But one of the beds smelled bad (like poop) and the other made a screeching metal sound when you moved on it. My main complaint is that, when I alerted the hotel to problems with the room, I received a text telling me that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. After my stay, when I responded to the hotel's emailed survey, I received a reply that was clearly written by AI. My take away is that no one cared about my complaints. I was told the hotel is about to be rebranded under a different chain. My guess--which is just my opinion--is that they don't mind negative reviews because they're about to wipe the slate clean with a new name.

Very good and no issues. We were only there for one night.
Pros:

The extra service was the fee for our dog. We didn't use any other services. Just there for one evening. Very friendly and clean. Coffee and a breakfast were fine as well.

Cons:

Well, I still have not received a receipt which I thought that they would have sent to me via email. I was in a hurry however and did not formally check out. Not a big deal.
