Very good and no issues. We were only there for one night.
Pros:

The extra service was the fee for our dog. We didn't use any other services. Just there for one evening. Very friendly and clean. Coffee and a breakfast were fine as well.

Cons:

Well, I still have not received a receipt which I thought that they would have sent to me via email. I was in a hurry however and did not formally check out. Not a big deal.

When I arrived with my grandchildren there was a group of people sitting at a table right outside the front door drinking and smoking - definitely not a good first impression!

The front desk receptionists were very nice. The lobby was very nice..They texted me to ask if I needed anything after I was in my room. They send a reminder on what time to check out and will send a receipt to you if u dont feel like physically checking out at the front desk

Cons:

The location is basically in an industrial type area of town. I arrived to a bunch of people sitting outside smoking. There are no automatic doors or carport so I had to lug everything up to the front after parking in the lot, breathe in a bunch of cigarette smoke and then try to simultaneously throw my bags in while opening the door. Some guy in a truck decided to roar up at the exact same moment and just park it in the middle of the street which blocked my path to my car and the front entrance. Didn't make carrying all my bags in that much easier btw ... My room smelled horrific ; like mildew times a hundred and some guy apparently who had stayed there prior with a cologne obsession. It was even on the bedsheets...I was so exhausted I just wanted to go to sleep but kept waking up periodically because of the smell. The shower had hair in it as well from whomever had apparently been there before...
