The outside is accurate minus the fact that the pool was literally green…
The hygiene. The place is disgusting. Smells like cigarettes and marijuana. Carpets are covered in stains and sticky in places, the beds smelled bad and I’m pretty sure had bugs. When we got there we went to take the elevator to our room which immediately broke. The place is just filthy and the building needs completely redone. The rooms front door looked like someone tried to beat it down. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there with my children and asked for a refund after the first 5 minutes of being in the room. When the manager asked me what was wrong with the room I replied with “come on man I think we both know what’s wrong with the hotel in general” he nodded and said “yes I know…I will refund you” and I actually don’t think I ever was refunded.
The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable
The pool was closed and the breakfast
The front entrance of the hotel was welcoming.
The sanitation of the property was not up kept. Although there could be high traffic in the hallway. The Hallways are being neglected the carpet had a bad Oder due to lack of shampoo. Couldn’t use the shower due to shower head broken which resulted in Water coming out onto the floor. And rodents were seen coming from the bathroom. When trying to kill them they ran under the base board behind the door to the left.
The location
The hotel smelled like cigarettes when you first come in and the suite smelled like cigarettes
Pool wasn't open and cops there every day for something
From the outside, it was fine.
The inside was not very clean.
The room was dirty, the pool wasn’t functioning
Not clean, it smells like weed and ppl are yelling at 3am. I am glad i was there only for 7 hrs.
It was pretty comfortable for the stay
the elevators are extremely slow or hung up most of the time but for the price we enjoyed our stay wish the pool was cleaned
Nothing
Everything there where cockroaches everywhere
The staff was decent enough
Place was basically a "trap house" the variety had some large sticky stain bathroom door knob was one pull to hard from falling off the space were the ice machine is floor was sticky you could hear and feel your shoe sticking to the floor the pool was disgusting and closed the back entrance door on top floor was broken and apparently the random drug addicts knew and could just walk in and out on the halls there's black mold on the ceiling some random homeless lady with no shoes on just walked in during the free breakfast time sat down and ate with her bags then went back outside to get corner also seen a rat and either a very large roach or water bug by the trash can thats has trash scattered everywhere on the ground but in the trash can on the back upper exit halls smell like weed will NEVER EVER start here again it was cheap but in a nice area of town by the Crabtree mall so I foolishly thought I would not have to deal with such disgusting environment the front area is very misleading
