Pillows dirty...bugs in bathroom...loud and noisey.....toilet barely worked

The hotel carpet was disgustingly filthy. There were nasty stains on the carpet in the hallway and in the room. The couch in our room was so dirty I didnt even want to set my luggage on it. The first room I was given was next to a room playing music and the television so loud at 2:00 a.m. that I couldn’t sleep. The front desk was happy to change my room but wanted to move me across the hall from my prior room, but eventually agreed to move me to another floor. The room was quiet, but the appearance was worse than the first one. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had a bad smell and the room had roaches on the wall. I seen that they had a sanitation grade of 90.0 which means the place is very nasty and no way I would eat anything from the hotel. To sum it up I did not stay at the hotel I checked out within 10 minutes of being in there

There were nasty dirty homeless people passed out laying everywhere in the hallways, dirt and filth on every surface, sketchy people running the place, and at least one drug deal I could see.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The swimming pool was advertised as an available amenity, but when we arrived, it was closed. The pool area looked abandoned, and the water was green and appeared poorly maintained.

When we got to our room on the fourth floor, we noticed roaches. There were roaches on the bed, in the bathroom, crawling on the walls, and on the floor. We reported the issue to hotel management, and they informed us that the fifth floor had been closed for reconstruction and that the roach problem had spread throughout the hotel. They also stated that they were already aware of the situation.

Management moved us to another room on the second floor, but unfortunately, that room was even worse. In addition to the ongoing cleanliness and pest issues, the air conditioning was not working properly.

This was completely unacceptable, especially considering that the hotel was aware of the roach infestation before assigning rooms to guests. The conditions were unsanitary, uncomfortable, and nothing like what was advertised. I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.

The front worker was rude. The hotel falsely advertised the ability to utilize the pool. Only 1 out of the 2 tv remotes were there and the room aside from clean sheets was completely run down & filthy looking. I was genuinely afraid roaches or bugs would be in the room it was very nasty looking from top to bottom. The hallways reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. The stair wells have an overwhelmingly strong urine odor.
