Pros:

Das Personal vor allem der Empfang und Concierge waren ausgesprochen nett. Auch alles andere Personal. Die Zimmer könnten für das Hotel netter sein. Pool und Gym waren nicht so toll. Der private Strand grossartig. Die Bar und die Restaurants recht pricy. Ganz Porto cervo etwas surreal.

Location adeguata al blasone del brand e di Porto Cervo. Il team è gentile, premuroso e proattivo.
Pros:

Colazione buona ma non molto strutturato il buffet. Apprezzabile l'ampiezza di scelta a la carte per il ristorante pur fuori stagione e la qualità del cibo. La sola nota negativa riguarda i prezzi che sono 15%-20% troppo cari per il cibo e anche del 35%-40% troppo cari i vini in carta.

Cons:

La doccia ha il box che trafila acqua e si inonda il bagno (camera 158).

Memorable stay but room for improvement

Attentive staff, pleasant ambience, good location. Upgraded when I expressed dissatisfaction with our original room

Muito bom
Pros:

O hotel é muito bom nas suas instalações, restaurante do horel ótimo! Jantamos lá 2 vezes.

Cons:

A localização deixa a desejar pois o entorno do hotel estava tudo fechado! Muito longe de Palau de onde sai os passeios de barco.

Absolute value for money
Pros:

It's located in the very center. It has free parking and valet service. They were very kind to offer us to upgrade our room. We stayed in a room with very nice balcony and a pool view. Room was very well decorated and very comfortable. I would totally recommend the hotel beach. They take guests there with a private boat every 30 mins forward and back. It was the most peaceful beach but with only soft drink service. Hotel bar and restaurant were also very very good and also very good value for money. All in all we did not want to get out of premises during our stay.
