In and out
Pros:

Staff were nice and professional. Answered all my questions , check-in was quick and easy. They immediately moved us when our room was adjacent to an outdoor meeting area that was being well used by other clients.

Cons:

The hotel had a worker clientele. People staying there knew each other and congregated. I was traveling with a friend and should have booked something more upscale. I thought the hotel was pricey, probably because most billing is corporate. It was not a good value for us. The location was not walkable to the town.

This hotel was enjoyable for us to stay at while visiting family in Silver City.
Pros:

We really liked the staff at this hotel. When we needed an extra chair for our room, they willingly went and got one our of storage. And when we wanted to host family for a dinner in the breakfast room, they were so friendly in helping us make it really nice. We also loved the jacuzzi in the indoor swimming pool area, and our 8 month old granddaughter was delighted to have her first time in a pool to splash around.

Cons:

The breakfast was okay, but not the best. They do have a waffle maker and they serve eggs and a meat. The other problem I had was that there was no comfy chair in our room, plus the room was a bit small.

We will not be staying at this location again and will probably very picky with Best Western location!!

It was central to sites we visited

Cons:

How bunched up everything was had to get around can’t have a conversation because seating in breakfast room and lounge area are so close.
The staff at the front desk are not nice or helpful !
Especially “Maddy” anything I asked of she had a problem with like I was inconveniencing her.
Morning staff does not greet guest approaching the desk !
I don’t know if the staff know that they make an impact on the entire Best Western brand!

There was on gentleman that was clean the breakfast area that was super helpful I wish I would have got his name !

We found dead roaches in the bathroom maybe that good because it means they spray for insect but don’t clean them up !

Great hotel and affordable!
Pros:

This hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel is centrally located. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like.

I book hotels based off if they have a hot tub or not. Their hot tub was down. That's the only reason for the 7 of 10 rating
