Nice hotel, very clean. Seems like it is in a bit of a state of disrepair though. Smal things broken here and there that need to be repaired or upgraded.
Clean facilities, helpful staff. Walkable neighborhood near Fisherman's Warf.
No pool :(
We visited for the day as a family – my husband, our kids, and our infant – and the staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel truly valued as guests. I especially want to thank particular staff- Telesia, Puja & Frank Zolotoff.
As a nursing mother, I especially appreciated how accommodating and understanding the team was. They were thoughtful about our baby’s needs and made sure we were comfortable, which made a huge difference in our experience. It’s not always easy traveling with little ones, but the staff’s kindness and flexibility helped everything go smoothly.
Because of the exceptional service and genuine hospitality we received, we will definitely be back and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Neeah was helpful
Location
Wall Paper Loose on walls
HVAC nor working properly
Location was good, being near the office we wanted. The rooms are dated and the A/C system left the room too warm. The bathroom was very small. The bed was comfortable, the TV functional, and the Wifi was working without a hitch. The restaurant was simple and functional for breakfast. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly.
All good, except breakfast was low quality.
Comfortable, clean, at a pretty good price
Beautiful place, clean, no shampoo but is ok
The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a bit dated, beds are shot and is a bit further out. Staff is friendly and space is pleasant.
It is a very opulent hotel. I had R&R while sleeping on the comfortable king mattress. My king bedroom had a rattan chair that accentuated the room.
location proximity to Stanford was key for this trip and the hotel is in a perfect spot. The staff were very professional and friendly and the room was clean and well-spaced. The bar / restaurant is convenient and the food is good, especially the appetizers. The atmosphere is geared towards business professional, which is perfect for that location.
I had a comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza Cabana Palo Alto. The hotel feels more relaxed than most business hotels in the area, especially around the pool and courtyard, which is a nice bonus. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything easy. Location is convenient for Stanford and nearby offices, and parking was simple. Overall, it is an easy, low-stress place to stay and a solid choice if you want comfort without fuss.
