Cons:

Gegen die Strasse raus hatte es lärmendd Leute in der Nacht. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

The breakfast was very good and the service at breakfast was very friendly and good

Cons:

The hotel is next to the Red Light district which is not an issue in itself , however each night the noise level of young people in cars with noisy exhausts and very. loud music playing was awful , we were at the front of the hotel and the windows were open due to the heat 34 degrees in the day 20 degrees at night , and no offer of a Fan to help cool the room ,the noise went on until 0300 AM .

Posizione adeguata ma mancaza di buone maniere con il cliente (che è in vacanza e vuole rilassarsi)
Pros:

Posizione comoda per visitare la zona (molto vicina ai locali notturni e anche poco distante dalla fermata della metro che collega direttamente con l'aeroporto). Camera carina con letto comodo. Mi hanno portato, senza problemi, un secondo cuscino come avevo richiesto. Ho trovato gratuitamente una bottiglia d'acqua in camera che ho apprezzato.

Cons:

Personale d'albergo poco attento al rapporto con la clientela: al check in mi hanno fatto un errore, di cui non si sono neanche minimamente accorti, facendomi pagare la colazione per due persone al posto di una (per fortuna mi sono accorto di tale equivoco e il giorno successivo ho chiesto di essere rimborsato) mentre in sala colazione c'era personale veramente sgradevole che urlava continuamente e sbuffava quando finivano i prodotti salati come prosciutto e formaggio. Trovo tale atteggiamento fastidioso e inopportuno trattandosi di un servizio a buffet che dovrebbe essere rifornito con costanza e senza fare troppi drammi. Infine non ho gradito che le bevande calde come the o caffè, durante la colazione, non venivano prese autonomamente ma si doveva chiedere e aspettare troppo tempo per bere un semplice caffè al mattino (avrei preferito una macchinetta automatica per bevande da installare in sala colazione come generalmente si trovano in strutture simili)

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, super Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Vom Hotel aus ist man sofort in der Innenstadt und das Hotel arbeitet mit einen Parkhaus in der Nähe zusammen.
Gern wieder.....

Krásný hotel v centru
Pros:

Velmi příjemný hotel s příjemným personálem. Zařízení je čisté, hezké a funkční. Navíc poloha hotelu je ideální k návštěvě historického centra a muzeí. Kousek od metra i supermarketu. Byl jsem zde velice spokojen.

Cons:

Sprchový kout v mém pokoji měl pouze úzkou skleněnou přepážku od toalety, takže voda stříkala i mimo.

Öffentlicher (gedeckter) Motorradparkplatz gleich um die Ecke neben dem Parkhaus. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt innerhalb der Mauer. Gerne wieder einmal.
