A great place to stay for consistently great service.
Pros:

We have family in the area so we visit this location regularly. Many of the staff members know us and make a point to interact with our grandkids when they stay with us. The walkway around the retention pond is a favorite spot to get outside and enjoy nature, too.

Cons:

It was very hot & humid outside, which wasn't fun, and kept us inside more than we normally are when we visit. [The weather is out of the hotel's control, but on the positive side of things--the staff kept the inside spaces cool which made it manageable.]

We loved the manager. He made our stay excellent. Very kind and accommodating.

The pool had a problem this weekend but the manager went over the top to make our stay extra special.

Family trip.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our morning breakfast was wonderful. We will stay.there again.

Convenience location to all services and stores ans to our venue for our convention

Cons:

We had an issue with pest control in our room, but staff moved us to 2 different rooms almost immediately when we reported this after our arrival

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

The room was bigger than I thought it would be. Very clean. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores. The staff went beyond making sure our stay was a good one. The buffet breakfast is awesome. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Pros:

The people were friendly. Every employee was kid friendly & very helpful. I booked 2 weekends in a row and they gave me the same exact room which was more than a convenience & we definitely appreciated that. We were there for a baseball tournament & everyone really loved the hotel!

Cons:

I dont have any complaints about my stay @ all & neither did anyone else from the team. When I come back to Evansville I will b staying there again!

Pros:

It was like a mini apartment . Complete with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The rooms were nice

Cons:

The staff illegally charge your card after you leave for miscellaneous fees. They tried to unsuccessfully Charge me $500. I looked over the reviews again and saw where people had complained of this prior and I didn't see it before our trip
