Pros:

The people were friendly. Every employee was kid friendly & very helpful. I booked 2 weekends in a row and they gave me the same exact room which was more than a convenience & we definitely appreciated that. We were there for a baseball tournament & everyone really loved the hotel!

Cons:

I dont have any complaints about my stay @ all & neither did anyone else from the team. When I come back to Evansville I will b staying there again!

Pros:

It was like a mini apartment . Complete with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Cons:

The staff illegally charge your card after you leave for miscellaneous fees. They tried to unsuccessfully Charge me $500. I looked over the reviews again and saw where people had complained of this prior and I didn't see it before our trip

They try to charge bogus charges

I liked the location and the rooms were a good size

Cons:

We found 4 roaches total, 3 babies and a bigger one. We also cleaned the rooms before we left. Had all the trash and one big trash bag. One of the beds was made. One of the beds was stripped. All the dishes were done. There was a sink was completely clean and all it really needed was to be vacuumed some. But the hotel tried to charge me $500 that they're not getting for what they said was ruined carpet for I guess where my youngest had spilled a little bit of ice cream and I was not aware that it was not cleaned up. Can be easily cleaned up with a wash rag. They tried to say that the carpet was ruined because of that and because I guess a needle fell out of one of our bags of the diabetics on the trip. They said they were calling the cops and we were trespassed for the property even though we left a very nice room

Pros:

Our room and restroom was very clean. It was a quite room. Staff was nice. Love the pond and walk paths across the road. The pool was out of order. But was supposed to be fixing the next day. Free breakfast was great!

Pros:

Overall, very good. The staff was very friendly.

They are in the midst of renovating, and also recovering from a major lightning strike that took out a lot electrical equipment that is very expensive to replace.

There is only one ice machine, which is located on the first floor.
