It has its good points, but I found it not up to Seda standards
Pros:

Excellent location, with direct access to the Ayala Mall. Room was spacious with ample space for storage. Plenty of furniture, including large sofa (although this blocked the window). Beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. The room was clean. Staff were courteous and services were prompt and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited with only Filipino and American options, nothing for vegetarians. Bathroom had no facial tissues, toiletries were from wall dispensers and shower was barely lukewarm at maximum, altogether giving the impression of a 2-star hotel despite the 5-star price. The pool was out of order. Hallway lamp and bedside lamp have the same switch, so you cannot read in bed without the whole room being lit up.

Staff very helpful. Just need to update hallways to rooms and the hotel would be perfect.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good. Close to Ayala Mall with plenty of food options.

Cons:

The hallway carpets need cleaning and very outdated and has a musky smell.

Location. That’s the only good thing.

Cons:

Our visit was horrible- there are renovations in front of the hotel that start at 6am and very loud, we had cold water in the shower and mold in the bed. We arrived after a long flight and were looking forward to this rest.
Do not recommend at all - no value for money and the level is very low

Exceptional and amazingly comfortable!
Pros:

The exact location is just accessible to almost everything. The ambience is exceptional. Staff are friendly. Amazing hotel.

almost perfect, perhaps a bit more comfort benefits for the elderlies
Pros:

this is my gift to my famliy. everything from coordinating with your team several times prior arrival. from the transport pick up assistance to the hotel upon arrival up to the airport drop off, my family with my senior mom had a comfy stay less pressure on her knees. and the adjoining rooms thanks a lot.

my fam have been to different seda locations and will continue to stay with seda in the future travels.

Cons:

my mother just noticed the bathroom/toilet could have been more senior friendly, i guess the lack of handle bars (im not sure if there was an emergency handset in the toilet/bath (i was not among the pax, im just the host/coordinator and financier hehe)
