Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super , viel Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr nette Personal

Cons:

Die Zimmer müsste mal wieder Renoviert werden.
Zimmer und die Teppiche sticken und sind sehr
decking.
Bett waren Flecken und Haare dran. Am Bett waren Spinnennetz am Rand. Handtücher hat man gesehen.und geruchen es waren keine frische.
Für 9000 Pesos ist das ganz sicher nicht wert und recht unverschämte Ppreis.

Bel hôtel, dommage qu'il n'y ait plus de piscine ni d'espace détente à l'extérieur.
Pros:

Belle salle de sport. L'accès direct au Ayala center.

Cons:

Le froid glacial dans la salle de restaurant et la réception. L'attente des boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner. Pas de possibilité de de se poser à l'extérieur, pas de terrasse ou jardin. Aucun siège à l'extérieur.

Decent stay for the cost, but shame about the pool
Pros:

Stayed here overnight to transit through Cebu. It was a nice hotel, clean rooms with good toiletries , comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Cons:

Hallways were a bit tired and dates.
No hot water in my room.
NO SWIMMING POOL - which was the main reason for my stay. This was not mentioned on any of Booking.com! When I complained and asked to check out earlier (as this is the only reason I booked the accommodation), the staff are very helpful and gracious.

Extremely poor management.
Cons:

They never read my messages in booking.com. They never answered to my messages. They just sent automated messages. Free airport shuttle was included in the price, but there's no form to request the date and time. Their page says "contact the property". So I sent them multiple emails and messages in booking.com, but they never answered. They even sent me an automated email to arrange paid-airport shuttle. They tried to charge the fee.

Upon check-out, they told me that they can't issue the invoice because I paid through booking.com. And booking.com customer support told me that they can't issue the invoie and it has to be issued by the property. I haven't got the invoice yet. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Cons:

There’s a construction site right in front of the hotel, it’s super noisy morning to evening, we asked to move and were told there are no other rooms available. Only after we asked for a refund so we move to a new hotel and were visually upset, suddenly we were offered a room in a different side which was better

It has its good points, but I found it not up to Seda standards
Pros:

Excellent location, with direct access to the Ayala Mall. Room was spacious with ample space for storage. Plenty of furniture, including large sofa (although this blocked the window). Beds were comfortable with a choice of pillows. The room was clean. Staff were courteous and services were prompt and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited with only Filipino and American options, nothing for vegetarians. Bathroom had no facial tissues, toiletries were from wall dispensers and shower was barely lukewarm at maximum, altogether giving the impression of a 2-star hotel despite the 5-star price. The pool was out of order. Hallway lamp and bedside lamp have the same switch, so you cannot read in bed without the whole room being lit up.
