overall the hallways and rooms are outdated
Pros:

very good location near the mall. the lobby is very clean and the staff members are friendly and very professional.

Cons:

noisy, the room smells like wet laundry and the hallway is dark.

Overall,it was good but not exceptional compared to other Seda hotels

Cons:

Breakfast selection and quality were not as good as Seda in other locations, e.g. BGC, Iloilo, El Nido. A bit noisy because of ongoing construction in the mall next door

Not worth the money

Old rooms. Use to be marriot hotel. Just changed the name.
Shower pressure awful. Sofas old
Hair dryer is one you find in a 1 star
Four of us in a room and they only gave us one bottle of water.
Cleaners didn’t change our used mugs from the day before
We were warned before hand that the pool was out of use but that we could use the pool across the street, but it really was inconvenient to have to being all our stuff over, we had to walk back to our room wet because we were not allowed to shower or being towels over there and back. They mentioned use of lockers but no lockers in sight. Took 20 mins to get escorted from lobby to pool across the street.
Breakfast was ok, but theres definitely better breakfasts around.
We had use our lounge access but that too was also not in use, had to use small area in breakfast restaurant and not many options there either.
Towels and bathrobes all discoloured and fraying on the edges. They look about 10 years old.
Not worth the price in my honest opinion but i guess your paying for convenience and easy access to ayala mall.

It was an excellent stay, and the service was outstanding.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within close proximity to several main restaurants, making dining easily accessible. The service at these establishments was consistently excellent, which further enhanced the overall experience.

Cons:

I requested a room on either the 1st or 2nd floor due to my elderly parent’s needs. However, they were assigned a room on the 6th floor. I was not satisfied with this arrangement.

Cons:

No show , we staked on island cause ferry was cancelled bad weather conditions and asked to hotel to refund but didn’t get answer , no respond , our massage was ignored , no one want to take a minute to respond just to write or send massage from property. Unbelievable , no problem to say us that no matter a reason for non show , no refund that’s it but just ignore . Next time should think twice to book from hotel that can’t answer or don’t want to answer for problem and always will be not predictable situation. But minimal respect and professional make the hotel good service, sorry but think twice before choose that hotel .
