there's was blocked out , no power but no body explained to me that i have to changed key card so i can regulate back the room temperature. it was almost 10 hours that i was in hot room. till around 3 am i asked about the power outage . then the stuff told me that i should have exchanged my room key card???
The location is very convenient, right next to Ayala Center. Some members of the staff were also friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the room did not meet the cleanliness standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. There was also an unpleasant smell and significant noise, which made the room uncomfortable to stay in. What was particularly frustrating was having to return to the front desk three separate times and insist quite strongly before my concerns were properly addressed. I was eventually offered an alternative room and ultimately received a full refund after deciding to leave the hotel, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and guests should not have to repeatedly complain before issues regarding cleanliness and comfort are taken seriously.

Room spacious they have gym I like it a lot because all the equipment they had is one used when I am working out …the dry hot spa room is exclusive for woman only .. loving it the stuff very friendly .

I like the properties proximity to the mall and walking distance to other venues. It’s my favorite hotel to stay.
I’ve been staying at Seda for several years now and am disappointed they’re lowering their standards every year. The room towels are kind of worn out and not being an exchange on a daily basis. The breakfast has improved however, upon asking for coffee, the hosts failed twice to deliver coffee.
