Honest opinion
Pros:

Loved the design of the hotel, the atmosphere, the rooms were pretty nice and the lobby was amazing.

The breakfast could be A LOT better but nonetheless I enjoyed my stay and the young gentleman Ricardo at the front desk was absolutely amazing with the help.

Would definitely recommend this place 9/10

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, but the cleanliness of the room was a major issue and needs improvement.
Pros:

The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I requested a refund instead. The assistant manager was very polite and understanding, and the refund process was quick and easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when I got to the room, I found bugs on both beds and also on the counter. I reported the issue to the front desk and showed photos.

Ana is awesome!
Pros:

Ana was amazing! I stayed here with my sister and she helped us get a room with two queen beds after we accidentally booked a king, and at no charge! I would stay here again :)

Pros:

It was a great location and clean room.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. I asked for
a plate and the woman just stared at me. Nothing was restocked so I guess if you get there at 8:30 to eat it’s whatever is left. Coffee was bad!
They could really do better on that.

Overall a pleasant stay because of front desk staff
Pros:

No smelly carpets in room

Cons:

The room had musty smell as if there was water leak with mold. The fan in HVAC sounded like it was going to fail soon

I did not like the breakfast and I did not like the housekeeping manager banging on my (and neighbors door) door before 11:00 when I asked for a late check out.
