Room was not clean, faucet was dripping. The pool was closed, the entire hotel seemed poorly managed.

Good Stay and convenient location for an over night. Easy access off I-10.

Overall the Hotel was nice and clean, unfortunately the Pool was not operating and I had a child with me looking forward to using it, furthermore, the shower curtain pole in our room was broken and the shower curtain would not close making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. Lastly, the toilet was not flushing properly.

Roaches and the toilet sounds super annoying throughout the whole stay dirty showers as well.

I stayed one night in this hotel (thank God). It smelled horrible. Staff did not have manors or any kind of professionalism so to in their approach on the phone or in person. Rooms were dirty (curtains, bath tubs, sheets. I used my own blankets and sheets. The “breakfast” was pitiful and at weird hours. The $100 deposit was never disclosed until I arrived and it was more than my stay there, and even the front desk seemed afraid to bring it up because even they know it’s ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away.

Room was clean but old! No iron! Tv channels not working! Tv keep blanking out! Budget friendly but will not book again

We stayed here for a week. My wife is sick. On the last day we were at MdAnderson cancer center for more medical appointments and came back late due to these appointments. We extended a day of stay when we got back using the same reservation. Angie processed it. After our checked out the next day, the security deposit was charged $30 for past checked out time. Angie of front desk did not inform us about the $30 charge when we extended a day stay. Or we could have booked to the hotel next to us where we were regular guests in the past without this penalty. In due diligence front desk Angie should have informed us.
Broken icemaker. We were told to go to next hotel (sister company) for ice.

homeless people come in to dine morning and in evening are outside the hotel lobby.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was a joke. Entrance had people around it smoking drugs ( I believethey were employees). Gave use the wrong type room initially.
