Not to Happy but in the end they did there best to make it right

The manager and Brittnay did there best to make amends on what had happen and I do appreciate that so much .

Cons:

The fact my booking was not what I had confirmed it to be . I booked thru booking.com The hotel states it was booking.com that when the booked and confirmed there booking did not come over as what I wanted .but the manger took all my information and he deffiantly helped me so I did appreciate it

Good. I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was decent.
Location was good we were able to walk to nearby shops and a mall.

Cons:

The toilet handle was defective even after the maintenance guy looked at it. It worked in the end, just horrible sounds when we flushed

Quiet, and nice staff.
Pros:

Size of room good, bed comfortable. Small kitchen nice. Lobby renovation was beautiful.

Cons:

The breakfast needs to be upgraded. The bathroom in room the vents were very dirty, and the bathroom floor after you took a shower, your feet got dirty. The elevator is beyond filthy. If I hadn’t already had a reservation I would have canceled because of the elevator. Continue remodeling.
