Please note that renovation work of the hotel facilities and guestrooms will be carried out daily from March 30, 2026, to November 30, 202, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.
Please note that the swimming pool, pool bar, fitness center, River's Edge Restaurant and the lobby bar are closed from March 30, 20226, to November 30 2026.
Please note that from March 30, 20226, to November 30 2026, a temporary fitness centre will be set up in the hotel's ballroom. Guests will be offered limited grab-and-go bistro-style food and beverages at the lobby of Riverwalk Bistro & Bar from 07:00 to 11:00, and from 17:00 to 22:00.

Locate in a central area.
We were not informed that the property was under construction, so many of the amenities were not available that was very disappointing.
The hotel was under construction.It was hard time finding the elevator and when I got off the elevator it smelled a mold mill dew and pee.The rooms were nasty, the sheet smelled like vomit.The bathroom was unkept and rusty and old.It was just a terrible experience

Absolutely disgusting and foul. BIG WARNING!! Do not stay here. The health department should have shut this place down. Overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. Even more vile was the blood on the wall. I can’t believe Hilton has their name on this property. I checked out but they would not refund my money. I don’t even have words about how frustrating this is. I called corporate and they did nothing for me.

Just the space in room
Didn’t get the I reserve in December I was told 3 weeks upon my arrival that they were in construction and that I wouldn’t be getting the room I paid for very upsetting everyday I could never sleep like I wanted to the amenities were not available swimming pool workout room bar area eating area
Very old missing some amenities like no blow dryer in room
They basically forced your hand to park valet because of there construction and then they charge you to do so or tell you to take all your language and park at a neighboring hotel a few blocks over they didn't even offer to take our bags or anything and they made sure they mentioned the other hotel will charge you 25 and then try and convince you to just park
Let me start off by mentioning how awesome Larenzo is!! The front desk agent went above and beyond when we checked in. Traveling with friends he treated us with care, always pleasant, professional and a funny guy 😄 he sure made our 3 day stay smooth. He shared with us where all the great local eats are and fun things to do. The stay was awesome! Great place and professional staff. We'll definitely book again!
Great balcony facing the river.
Everything is under construction. No pool, no amenities. There was no direct path to river walk. Valet parking only option, no self park.
Weathered, worn, aged and under construction. Carpets stained. Bathroom in need of complete do-over. I would not stay here again. And I'm shocked this is a Hilton property.
I did not find out Hotel was under construction until a week before travel date. I think that should be shown on your website.
Hotel Tampa Riverwalk was awesome and we had amazing time there and Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and welcoming making things easier. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve already discussed this and the hotel is gonna give me 50% off obviously booking.com doesn’t wanna do that which leads me to not want to use them again. It was under renovation. Literally the sliding glass door had film peeling off it. I couldn’t even see outside it was dirty, super old not at all with the photo show online
