Vincent at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I requested a room with a view and he was immediately accommodating. He is an asset to the hotel.
We were weary travelers, just off a cruise and our flights home were cancelled due to massive storms. We were able to find rooms here and were welcomed delightfully by Andrew. He helped us get into our rooms early and then helped us with a late checkout so we weren’t rushed. It allowed us to have lunch and wander without hauling luggage everywhere. Andrew truly helped make a very challenging situation much better. He welcomed us like old friends.
Lorenzo made our cancelled flights feel a little less irritating
The location!
The beds were tiny and very uncomfortable! Family of four and only two towels, when asked for more had to call twice and finally got two more but acted like that was a problem. Not very much seating at the pool.

We stayed two nights pre cruise and it was great! Yes, the rooms are a little dated however location is great, customer service was great, food was great. We had a river view room and the view was amazing. I would recommend this hotel 100%.
Got double charged from booking.com and the hotel. Hotel was run down and not well maintained.
Because of the terrible condition of the room, the manager said that I would only have to pay $200 for the too … that amount that will be charged to you. He said that your company would refund me difference. Am I going to see a refund , or was that a lie?

The main lobby was nice.
How The tint on the balcony door was coming off and peeling.(Looked real unpleasant and raggedy.) Along with the dated, stained, nasty looking couch. The walls didn't look good either. (Big Chipped paint, dents and scuffs)
This hotel has a fun view of the river walk. Fun atmosphere! Lorenzo and Mara helped us out at the front desk and were super nice! Definitely would recommend this hotel. Also it’s walking distance to a bunch of downtown stuff so it’s conveniently located.
The check-in process was awesome, Lorence and Marla were super nice and super helpful. The view from the room was awesome! This isn't new go to Hotel when I'm in Tampa.

It was a great experience from the start with Lorenzo at the front desk. The pool was amazing. The service at the bar was great.
Everyone who works here has been so kind and helpful. Vincent assisted my check in and informed me of a dining credit that you get each day and that was helpful as I would’ve never used it. You can tell that the hotel is older from its design, but rooms are updated. Hallways need some TLC, but other than that it’s a great stay.
