Worst stay ever

Staff was rude
Had to change rooms

Keys were left out car running at vallet stand for over 10minutes which I have video of with no staff in sight.
Pool was closed with no acknowledgment of that not posted on website.
The second day we were there they shut the water off in the whole building for 5 hrs
Charged 100$ a day for deposit
Then 94$ after leaving for what? Didnt buy anything or damage the room worst stay ever.
Online shows smart tvs but none of the apps work in two different rooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Pros:

Good location on the riverwalk, team was friendly!

Cons:

Pool and pool bar closed for renovations, was only told this a few days prior to arrival, not sure we would have booked had we known.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. I will be r aching out for a refund. They should absolutely NOT be taking any reservations. Place is in complete shambles.

Cons:

It is filthy, stained and ripped carpet, fridge in room dripped water soaking the carpet, dirty towel in the room, room not painted, damage everywhere, see photos. Unacceptable! Rating of four stars is a SCAM! Please call me 407-808-7480

I liked the Riverwalk it was nice and the walk to the park wasn't far.

Cons:

Most places offer something complimentary for staying with them. This place charges you for everything. They only had valet parking at $44 a night. The room was not up to par. They are doing construction so half the lot is closed off.i almost missed the turn to get into it which is a very tight turn do the the construction. I couldn't get out of that place fast enough

Pros:

The location was great as was the opportunity from there to do many things. The room was a decent size and there was a semi-view of the pool and a good view of the river.

Cons:

The room was run down, most of the hotel was. The parking option was only valet and it was 45 USD per night, which is just super expensive.

I had black mold all over my room and the staff gave me a hard time about moving. My daughter has serious allergies and it was so gross. Our air conditioner didn’t work in the room, staff was extremely rude and I saved a nasty voicemail from them
