Pleasant stay
Pros:

Loved the location, florist stall, fountain, taxi stand, hop on hop off bus stop, city bus stop all in front of the hotel. 😊

Der Charme des Hotels und die fantastische Lage

Cons:

Das Baugerüst am kompletten Hotel, über welches nicht informiert wurde.
Eines unserer beiden Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster, jedoch ein minimal kleines. Das Zimmer war dadurch ohne Tageslicht und finster und dunkel. Das Zimmer eignet sich eher als Abstellkammer oder Lagerraum, aber definitiv nicht für die Vermietung. Und für dieses schreckliche Zimmer derart hohe Gebühren zu verlangen ist unverschämt.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sono mai stata. Receptionist gentilissime, ambiente pulito e accogliente. La stanza silenziosa e pulita, materassi comodissimi. Un kit di benvenuto con acqua, cioccolatini, biscotti, tè e caffè gratuiti. Cura di tutto. Consigliatissimo!

The breakfast was excellent..made to order omelet and espresso coffee, delish.perfect location right in front of Plaza Cataluna.

We recently spent five beautiful nights here, and I can truly say it was an amazing experience from beginning to end.

From the front desk staff to housekeeping, and even the two gentlemen at the bar—every single person made our family feel so welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. The level of hospitality did not go unnoticed.

A very special thank you to Audrey, who went above and beyond to help my little one adjust on our very first night. That kindness meant more than words can express, and it set the tone for the rest of our stay.
