The lobby people were so nice
The building was old ,
The bathroom area was to tiny
Overall was to old and sheets were too old too
The location was perfect. Not in downtown but right outside and about half the price. Within a few miles of the observatory and a quick shot to the Grand Canyon and The Snow Bowl. Plenty of quick dinning nearby and some excellent restaurants within a few minutes. Good for families and old people. Quiet at night..
I didn't love that the hotel charges more than a dollar for one Tide pod to use in the guest laundry. It would be better if they sold small travel bottles of laundry soap
All of the staff were very kind and helpful.
Sad that there was no breakfast included, liked the location & Tesla chargers.
Bigger beds needed. Low water pressure.

I liked almost everything.
The room! I spend almost 200 for a dusty room. Thinking "the Hilton " would be more fancy for the price. I use to be a housekeeping supervisor and we did way more than your staff are doing. Crumbs in sofa, bathroom had hair on wall, dust in cabinets. I was blown away it being a Hilton.
