Pros:

Walking distance from the airport, but very quiet.

Cons:

Staff in bar were very slow, no direction as to how to order. I stood at the bar in front of at least 3 staff members waiting to be acknowledged for several minutes.

Excellent airport hotel

Cons:

Directions to hotel…..staff on first call says where to meet for pick up but does not disclose the van is small and black. Had to call twice….tired after long flight….they assume you know…but first visit.

There is only one very flat pillow per person in every room. Me and my spouse had neck pain the next day as a result

Pros:

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Man hört beinahe nichts vom Flughafen. Toplage für An-und Weiterreise am Flughafen. Shuttle zum Flughafen funktioniert super. Laufen ist ebenfalls problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Sehr subjektiv, daher nicht unbedingt für jeden Gast ein Problem. Für uns war das Bett etwas hart und hätte größer sein können.

Lenzuola non pulite, mancavano le ciabatte monouso da hotel, l’acqua da bere faceva schifo, gli asciugamani per la faccia avevano odore strano, prezzo altissimo per le condizioni in generale

Comfortable Quiet and close to Airport
Pros:

They were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out to help us coordinate our flight schedule. The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice tea and coffee service. The restaurant and coffee shop had very good food choices and we enjoyed our stay.
