My too Short Stay
Pros:

I stayed for one night, prior to medical appointment. Staff were courteous, and very helpful. My room was clean and bed was so comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Cons:

Basically, my only issue, was that the bed was two singles close together, and a double bed would have been better. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable. My only other "issue" is that my stay, unfortunately wasn't long enough!

Food in the restaurant was excellent as always.
Restaurant staff was really good. I can't remember his name but he went out of his way to make sure my partner got a cocktail she wanted.

Bring back the Radisson ownership please as you've ruined a decent hotel

I've used the hotel for years as the Radisson and never had an issue. Unfortunately we had a few issues under its new Clayton badge. We arrived to find that out double room was two singles and they're were unable to change despite the hotel seeming quiet enough. The room wasn't clean, used cotton bud in the floor, empty biscuit packet and some orange plastic bits on one of the seats. They also told us that the main bar was closed for renovation which meant that we had to use the intermediate bar. There was a match in which I'd liked to have watched but firstly the seating didn't allow for easy viewing and secondly there was no sound from the tv, but the bar music was blaringly loud. I asked if the music could be turned down but was told sorry the volume was set by management. I've used the hotel for many years and always found the staff willing to help. We ended up grabbing a taxi to Kealys pub to watch the game and have a drink where we could hear each other speak. The plan was to stay at the hotel to eat but we ended up eating in the pub instead. Breakfast the next morning was I cluded, but by 9.15am there was just a few pieces of dried bacon, no fried eggs or scrambled.

I use this for business but sadly wouldn't use it again. I'm registered with the clayton and have stayed on over 50 occasions over the year, but the new Clayton is a disaster
