Das Schwimmbad stand nicht zur Verfügung weil ein Schwimmkurs statt fand. Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen dem Schwimmbad gebucht. Keine Minibar vorhanden

Gute Lage, Nutzung Sauna und Schwimmbad. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, hier kommen wir gerne mal wieder hin. Nur Parken am Hotel kann eng werden, hat aber funktioniert.

Mais surtout service restauration non apprécié. certes je ne parle que français mais la serveuse du service du soir a fait comme si elle comprenait le français… j’ai commandé en lui montrant la carte que je voulais le poulet curry . Je reçois du riz avec une sauce curry mais pas de poulet. Je demande et elle me dit c est le plat végétarien. mais moi j ai commandé le poulet curry je lui remontre la carte…et elle me dit mais il n y a pas de poulet dans ce plat… c’est marqué chicken curry…. Et oui dans mon plat il n’y en a pas je le constate! Je lui répète et elle part disant à la réceptionniste ce qui se passe en allemand… je vois des têtes dire non et elle part sans rien dire d’autre… nous laissant mes fils et moi seul (il n’y avait personne). Barrière de la langue ok mais la politesse c’est universelle. J’ai été calme et polie j’attend de même et surtout qu’on me change le plat si ce n’est pas ce que j’ai commandé

Es gab Wasser in Flaschen sowie Tee+ Kaffee f. D. Wasserkocher gratis. Auf Wunsch wird die Sauna angemacht ( energiesparend). Dusche im Aussenvereich im Felsen als Wasserfall verkleidet.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt am Berg und ist für körperlivh eingeschränkte Menschen nicht geeignet. Auch der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist nur über Stufen erreichbar
Das Zimmer war ein bisschen zu klein und hellhörig. Das WC hing zu tief und zu eng in der Ecke. Der Spiegelboard hing zu tief ca. 1,85m groß und sah meinen halben Kopf. Im Schwimmbadbereich zu viele Stufen nicht behindertengerecht..

Le personnel est au top, le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam sont un plus quand il fait froid et qu’il pleut dehors.
