My stay was ok.
Pros:

Every employee I met greeted me with a smile and a sense of warmth.

Cons:

For some reason my bed was a little defective but I didnt want to complain because I was previously moved to a different room.

Pros:

The location was nice and the front desk customer service was fast and friendly.

Cons:

The hallway smelled just like dog urine. I was in a connected room and was not aware of who was on the other side.
That did not fell safe.

Really understood the assignment that Hilton is famous for.
Pros:

From reservation, being able to check in way before 3, to upgraded to a bigger room to accommodate me and while we were preparing for a hard road ahead. MS PRICISILLA ( front desk agent ) Am shift, has honestly got to be one of if not the best guest service agents I’ve had the pleasure to manage, train, or was in contact with on one of my many stays through the years at Hilton. Great service and great hotel
