5 star hotel the best

Astrid was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. She took the time to answer every question, made sure all my needs were met, and handled everything with professionalism and grace. It’s rare to come across someone so understanding and attentive, and she made a lasting impression.

Because of her outstanding service, I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

Bianca was so nice and a great experience checking in. She was extremely attentive and helpful with everything. The facilities were clean and comfy. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. I was able to use the pool for a few minutes before the rain. But it was nice.
