Absolutely not worth any money!!!

Very easy to find. The parking garage was very confusing.

Cons:

The bed was broken and obnoxiously loud. Our room was located directly by the cornhole boards and human size chessboard that people were using until 4:30 in the morning. The lighting was terrible. The door to our room didn’t close or seal went shut. You could see outside from inside the room through the door. The fire alarm went off so we could not use the elevator when checking out, we were on the fourth floor with quite a bit of luggage. We had a late check-in at about 10 PM in the line was extremely long with only one person working. She was kind, but very overwhelmed.

Pros:

I personally enjoyed the stay the room. The bed was comfortable, nice and clean. However, the water runs very slow but other than that, I enjoyed the hotel stay

Cons:

The water runs very slow in the single sink. The shower water doesn’t fully flush it out.

La atención, fueron muy amables y atentos.
Tuve un problema con otro hotel, así que hice una reserva de ultimo momento en el Hotel Harrison. Me acerqué por la mañana para consultar por un early check-in. Aunque el hotel estaba lleno, al notar que mi esposa estaba embarazada, me ayudaron habilitando una habitación antes de tiempo y sin cargo adicional. Agradezco mucho su atención y comprensión.

Cheap is cheap. Not a good value!!!!

I tried checking in at 3:20 PM, impossible!!!!

5 guests in front of me. The lady at the Front Desk was so slow!!!!
She did only 2 check-ins in 27 minutes.!!!

Came back around 6:30 PM. only 2 guests in front of me, but some more guests came down to the lobby complaining that their room keys were not working. So obviously, the Front Desk lady started taking care of the in-house guests.
After realizing that she was taking "Forever" to check us in, she offered FREE Champagne for everybody!!!

Finally, we got our keys and went up to the 4th floor. Of Course !!!! the Room Keys were not working!!!
back to the Lobby.

Most likely I will stay there again
Pros:

I love that the staff was very customer service oriented. I love the location. I am a lifelong resident of South Florida ( particularly Miami area) and I use the are as a stay-cation. I would recommend the hotel and the area for out-of-towners because there is an abundance of things to do for family's, couples, and singles.

Cons:

The price was exceptionally high ( maybe due to spring break. Inflation or both.

Less than not going back
Pros:

My experience here was poor. The Hotel had some renovations to its front but not in the hotel rooms. Tired looking. Not at all what you would expect from a $400 a night. Another couple with us was charged $600. Not much more than a motel 6 look. Food the next morning was awful. People were complaining on the quality of offerings. Cold eggs. The area of Hollywood was walkable to restaurants a plus. We used points and there seemed to be a computer problem and more money on the charge unexplained...

Cons:

La entrada del hotel se veía remodelada pero el interior de las habitaciones estaban un poco abandonadas, tienes que dar un depósito de $125 y todavía no lo recibo, he escrito al alojamiento y no hay respuesta

Basically a Motel 8 with poor service
Pros:

They charged us for the “deposit” quite promptly but have not been prompt about returning it. There was no in room bottled water as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were lumpy. We didn’t have breakfast because we left too early. We only used one of the two beds, only took one shower, didn’t use the pool, or any other amenities. When we called shout the deposit they were pretty rude. I guess if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine, I won’t stay there again.

Closeness to activities, great pool . front desk staff was efficient even though they had just changed computer systems with little training.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible and in our room I killed 3 little black spiders .
