Great for the price, close to the beach
Pros:

The hotel is located in a lively area with many restaurants, bars, and an art park nearby. It's also just a short drive or bus ride to Hollywood Beach. The price was right, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating, the room was comfortable, we had fun in the pool, and breakfast was sufficient. There's a cigar bar across the street, and one night while we were there, a gentleman was sitting outside playing guitar and singing. It was lovely, and added to the overall vibe of the neighborhood.

Cons:

The property is older, and although it has been renovated, it's obvious that it's a work in progress. Also, it is more a motel than a hotel.

Great locations for bars and restaurants.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Clean and comfortable. Day staff very friendly.

Cons:

Air conditioning units very noisy.
WiFi in certain rooms poor.
Night staff weren't very helpful.

Outdated facilities, rooms ware old and need maintenance, the mirror light stop working 5 minutes after we turn it on, very low control people making lots of noice until 3am and to make better 8:30am on a Saturday someone start working with a hydraulic hammer…..

Cons:

El personal, una señora en cuestión, muy mala atención al cliente, no entregan las habitaciones a la hora que dicen y no devuelven el depósito completo , aún cuando no hubo ningún daño y todo está en perfecto estado
