worst Hotel Ever

Didn't tell me a had to pay a deposit until i got there had to wait in hot car 40 mi until my daughter sent me money holes and hir on the sheets we took pictures showed them to front desk all she said was ok i no you didn't put the holes in it no concern there was roaches no phone in room im not use to such bad experience I couldn't sleep im afraid of bugs and the web said breakfast but no breakfast I choose this hotel because of lactation and breakfast was going to book another hotel but was told they still would charge my card for that one so I was stuck there I will NEVER! book another hotel for now on I will go check them out for myself before paying to have a bad night sorry for the bad report but it was just to much to let go un mention. thxs Ms Teresa Pledger 251-767-6165

Horrible place to stay. Waste of money

Everything! The the room was dirty the tv didn’t work. I paid for king suite none smoking but was thrown into a room with two queen beds smoking. There’s no phone in the room. Walls are paper thin. Hard bed

Buyer Beware.
Pros:

Decent beds.

Cons:

No WiFi, no breakfast as advertised, rude staff, refrigerator was leaking and didn’t work properly, bad look parking lot, bad neighborhood. Outdated place. The guy behind the counter was asking personal questions. Then tried to force me to change my room to a smoking room. The rooms do not look like they advertise.

Pros:

We came because our gma had a stroke when we arrived they canceled our reservation and rebooked it through their website and charged us $100 more. They were rude and very inconsiderate to us we traveled from cleveland ohio and it took them 20 minutes to come to the desk and check us in. We were told they charged extra per person I had a 2 queen room for 2 people PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!!! The owners are living there with their kids in a storage room
