The H Hotel

After a long day of travel I was greeted by the kindest young woman at the counter, Julia. Julia was friendly, professional and helpful answering any questions I had. Our room was cleaned by Alicia and it was probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Her attention to detail ensured not a speck of dust was left. The chocolates on the pillow were a welcoming and delicious touch. I’m looking for more reasons to travel to Midland so I have a reason to visit The H Hotel again! The staff, atmosphere, cleanliness, amenities, restaurants, and location are all 10/10!

A rarity. We greatly enjoyed our very comfortable stay, and look forward to returning. Staff in all areas were attentive and genuine. They managed a perfect balance of being professional and friendly, but not overbearing. Well appointed - fine linens, comfortable beds/pillows, great mix of dining options/menus and design/art. Luxurious, yet nothing was stuffy. Location is perfect - much of downtown and trails were walkable, and parking was very easy/convenient. Great vibe. Did not want to leave when it was time. Will be back.

(We frequent Marriott and Hilton properties at the highest priority levels - the experience at H Hotel was worth skipping the points/nights/upgrades)

Great location in downtown Midland. I stayed 2 nights during a visit to Central Michigan University on business. The staff were uniformly professional and extremely welcoming. There was always a smile and two different staff complimented me on my bright green pants (it was St. Patrick's day...). My room was very comfortable and spacious (jr suite), the espresso in room was tasty, and the wifi was fast, and both the espresso & wife were complementary. I had dinner one night in ONe18 and my meal was very tasty. Breakfast in Cafe Zinc was also terrific (the salmon avocado toast hit the spot!). I would definitely stay at the H Hotel is I am back in the area.

What a great experience! The staff is outstanding. Refreshing to stay where it is obvious all the staff enjoys being there! Room super clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tub and exercise room spotless and great equipment. Shuttle service was great. Great drivers. Free indoor parking garage. Great food. Talented bartenders. Check in very easy and staff so accommodating!
Can't wait to stay again. It's worth the cost to pay for quality.

I stayed at the H Hotel while attending a conference. I was very pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. The lobby has a lovely smell which i noticed immediately.
The hotel had an error on their website associated with the conference and I was able to book a room that wasn't actually available. They offered me a welcome amenity, but when I checked in, the room was available, so they honored it.
The room was very comfortable and very nice. We had a queen suite with a cute little adjacent room featuring a sofa, desk, and TV. It also included the items in the mini fridge.
The bathroom was great. The water pressure could be better but the water heated up very fast. It was a shower only, no tub which is my preference. Fluffy, big, towels.
I really liked the espresso machine in the room. The housekeeping staff were very kind to bring us extra coffee pods.
The hotel provided the food for the conference which was wonderful. It also included pastries and desserts from the on-site Zinc Cafe which was a really lovely touch.
The conference area was large and comfortable.
The cafe has great food and pastries!
Regretfully, we did not bring swimsuits because the pool area looked nice and was open 24 hours (adults-only after 10 or 11pm). The fitness area is well appointed.
The staff were lovely and very accomodating.
The area is very cute with shops, bars ,and restaurants within walking distance. Also, there is an incredible park with trails and bridges just behind the hotel.
Overall a great stay!

Attended a conference at the H. This is actually the second conference I have attended there. Both times, the rooms and the entire hotel were very clean., The staff very professional and the food served was very good. Would definitely recommend to someone visiting the Midland area.

My Fiancés and I really enjoyed our stay at the H and we can’t wait to book our next trip.

We have stayed at many very nice hotels, but the H Hotel is the best. They think of everything! Even the little things. The location on the intersecting rivers with walking trails and downtown is amazing!

The H Hotel staff did an exceptional job making both my teammate and me feel comfortable and stress-free throughout our event. From the beginning to the end, the team was attentive, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their proactive approach and friendly demeanor helped ensure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on the event itself. We truly appreciated their support and the welcoming environment they created.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our wedding anniversary. They gave us a nice handwritten letter with some sweets! They also, whether they did it on purpose or not, gave us the same room as we first booked for our original wedding! Great staff every visit I have been.

The H Hotel is a gem. Fantastic location, great atmosphere, clean and spacious rooms, super clean, top service and really good value.

It's a beautiful hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The food was great as well. The best hotel in the area right in the middle of downtown near the water!

I stayed here and The H Hotel and was amazing, it was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and food was great. I highly recommend staying here if your in town. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. The staff was very nice to speak with and helpful. The rooms was clean and very comfortable. You will definitely enjoy your stay!!

I definitely recommend the H hotel, the staff was very nice to talk with, my rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant was amazing! I highly recommend the H to anybody that staying in town. You won’t regret it.!

The "H" Hotel is a gem in Midland and for the most part in the Tri-City area of Michigan. We enjoyed the amenities of the Hotel as well as the proximity to great restaurants inside the hotel and nearby in Midland. We will be coming back!

Place was wonderful. My husband and I came and stayed for an event. Rooms was great and so was the staff! Would stay again!

Didn't eat any breakfast there slept and check out next morning.
