Everything was perfect

The property location
The room smelled very bad like the plumbing was bad. The room provided was not as requested in the initial booking.
Breakfast was extremely crowded with people that we had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.
Everyone was courteous and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable as well.

Close to arboretum of stores, restaurants and beautiful neighborhoods!
Pillows too soft and wish there were more pillows in closet.
Room needed repairs. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Carpet was dirty and fraying. Biggest complaint was I had to pay for mistaken duplicate reservation because I made it online not realizing using a 3rd party made cancellation unsuccessful!!
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we enjoyed the overall experience. Breakfast was also a nice bonus.
I requested connecting rooms or rooms close together when I made the reservation, but unfortunately that request was not fulfilled. The location was also a little farther from some of the places we wanted to visit, but overall we still had a pleasant stay.
Staff was super nice and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tastier than expected, I enjoyed the eggs with cheese. Location is good if you are trying to get to O'Hare.

We stay 3 Nights and the first night they put us on room 160 which we didn’t liked because the AC was loud and next to the ice machine the bed wasn’t comfortable but we talk to receptionist and she was very nice and move us to room 314 which was a lot better and nice bed the next 2 nights we loved it Thanks
