Having to check out
The staff was nice the place was clean
The pool was out of commission which was the main purpose of my stay there and using booking .com I was shafted and unable to find another spot
Location, nice beds
Given dirty room first try. Next room we had gone to a show and came back to find that safety latch had somehow came loose on wall and we were locked out. Front desk had some sort of loop thing but the girl didn’t know how to use it. My husband (who’s 73) had to figure it out.
Everything
Nothing
They need to fix it up because the elevator broke down. The pool was down the weight with equipment room was down so I will not be coming back.
The location
When got there the pool was closed all weekend so my kids cudnt even enjoy nothing and that was main reason we went then food was nasty and then elevators stopped working house keeps dont speak English beds uncomfortable
The staff was kind and attentive, the lobby area was nice and breakfast was decent. Coffee and hot tea provided
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom was dirty and I could tell the room wasn’t cleaned after the last guest. Counters were dirty and had old stains, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was food crumbs all over it from the last guest, that really grossed me out. Hotels should always change the bed sheets between guests
We got there and in our room and it was not cleaned there were finger nails on the floor room was not cleaned at all
Overall everything was great
I did not partake
The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast and coffee were really good
