The staff
We had to change our room because the TV did not work. My husband was told by the clerk to shake the cords, you got to be kidding me, if you know there is a problem with the cords, then fix them
Pool hot tub. The facility was clean and friendly.

Quiet even though our room faced the highway.
Only had one time opportunity to use the pool and the hot tub was unavailable.
For 48 hours, the hotel was unable to prepare room keys for guests. That meant every time you needed to get into your room, the desk clerk had to accompany you to your door and let you into your room with a passkey. When the hotel got busy, this meant it took forever to get into your room. A real mess. Also, the TV system only showed about half the available channels, which severely limited entertainment options. Someone needs to kick the manager in the butt and get these problems addressed quickly!

I have atayed here a few times I love the fact that the rooms are clean.
I would love for the pool and the hot tub watter to be more clean, it was very durty you coulnt even see your own feet thats how dirty it was. That was my only disapointment other than that O cant complain personal is amaizing
Good breakfast options, strawberry waffles were very good and didn't stick.. View was ok I saw outdoor seating available and the parking lot

My bedding was dirty. Had dirt marks all on top of the covers. The Jacuzzi tub was dirty. Had dirt rings in the bottom of the tub we asked for more bedding. They gave us just a flat sheets and told us to make that work because they didn’t have any more fitted sheets. The air was not working. It was blowing out heat the lady at the front desk advised me to get on the ground and reset it was not helpful at all. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The room was very comfortable and clean. It was located near where we needed to be. Front desk staff was friendly.
A room that could sleep 4 had 2 towels, hand towels, and washcloths for 2 nights. Other family had same problem. There were no glasses or cups in room. Breakfast second morning ran out or food at 8:30 and sign removed for some hot food. It wasn't filled while we remained at least 20".
Great location and wonderful staff.
The shower was extremely tight. I am 5’4 and had difficulty washing my hair. My elbows kept hitting the side and door of the shower.
The breakfast, the pool, the room, the shower, the staff.
The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.
