DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Pros:

Nothing. We were double booked as were many customers and we were turned away rudely with no options for places to stay.

Cons:

The property was not inviting, did not feel clean or safe. The receptionist was rude and only concerned with herself. We were not even allowed to use the restroom after driving 7 hours.

I did not end up staying at the facility due to it being sold out
Pros:

I did not like anything about the facility. I was hot and dirty. They placed us in a smoking room when I had originally requested a non smoking.

Cons:

We booked the room for one night. Our air conditioner was not working. Went downstairs to ask for help and the front desk did not seem happy to help with our stay. She didn't offer us an option and canceled out reservation.

Won't stay here again
Pros:

Easy to access hotel from highway.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. It was extremely hot inside where they served breakfast, ran out of everything and didn't restock. Room smelled like smoke and was non-smoking room. Staff left 1 towel in room for family of 4, when requesting more towels they only wanted to give 2 towels. Very very cheap, basically you get what you paid for here.

Horrible.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

They need an overhaul and remodel of the hotel. It’s bad at the days inn in Lubbock South.

Make this your last resort as a place to stay!
Cons:

Saying this place is filthy would not be doing the word filthy any justice!

I changes rooms three times, and ended up checking out as soon as I found another hotel.

It was so bad I did not stay. Avoid at all costs.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

All property smelled like smoke even though they claimed to have smoke free rooms. Did not stay. Walked into the room and it smelled so bad I went straight back to the desk to leave. I was given a refund receipt but the property has now refused to issue the refund. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and grime with missing tiles.
