Pros:

It has a perfect location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good with multiple options.

Cons:

Just a minor thing that the cover of the air vent was not in place above the toilet so you can see all the piping behind the wall.

on our first day there wasnt a great selecction as we came up at 9.30 but beakfast was being served to 10, on the other days we were up earlier so there wasnt a problem

La vista dalla finestra della camera è stata davvero super! L'hotel si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza Sultanahmet e di fronte ha la moschea Blu. Purtroppo in inverno la colazione viene servita a piano terra, mentre durante la bella stagione viene servita sulla terrazza, dando l'opportunità ai clienti di godere della bellissima vista sulla città, data dalla posizione favorevole.

Cons:

L'ingresso è sicuramente da migliorare. Non si riesce neanche a capire bene dove si trovi l'entrata dell'hotel.

The hotel’s location is outstanding, right across from the Blue Mosque.
The staff truly deserve all the praise, they are extremely helpful, kind, and always available for any information. We arranged an airport transfer, and the driver was waiting for us as soon as we landed. For our departure, he arrived exactly at the agreed time, and we reached the airport without any issues.

At the reception, they also offer organized activities if you wish, which suited us perfectly as a group since transportation was always arranged. They organized a tour of Istanbul for us as well, where the driver took us to several locations that we definitely wouldn’t have been able to visit on our own in such a short time.

The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos, and the beds are very comfortable. Room service is available every day, and you receive fresh towels daily.

Breakfast is varied and served on the terrace at the very top of the hotel, offering a beautiful view of the nearby llandmarks.

Thank you once again for everything, praise for your hospitality!

Fantastic choice 👍
Pros:

The staff was lovely and he walked out of front hotel and with in 100 m you had some for main attractions in the city.
The hotel has a small restaurant which offers discount to people staying and the staff and food was excellent along with the breakfast which came within the cost served in a rooftop restaurant which is also good .

Cons:

Breakfast needed warmers to keep food warm but apart from that food was great.
