Great stay - always so magical being in Istanbul.
Pros:

Very close to blue mosque great location.
Cleaning staff were so lovely as well as the breakfast chef.

Cons:

We booked a triple room with “CITY VIEW” when you think of city view you assume you will see the city. However, all we could see was a dilapidated building. When I bought this up with the manager they were unwilling to do anything about this. On the last day one manager said they could upgrade the room for £25. This is very misleading so if you do decide to book a city view room be aware that you will only be looking at the walls of a broken building.

Nagyon kényelmes, fantasztikus kilátás, kíváló személyzet. Reggeli bőséges.

Fantasztikus az elhelyezkedése. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet.

Cons:

Egy apró problémánk volt, az egybenyitható szobák egyikében az ablak alatt volt egy hatalmas “gép” talán legkondi ami nagyon hangos volt.

Great location but not good everthing else.

Location was great & within walking distance to the key attractions & Tram.

Cons:

Staff (other than Hakan during our check-in) was borderline rude. There is zero hospitality. I gave up smiling or saying hello to the reception staff as they do not acknowledge you at all. When my wife asked for an additional towel, the staff literally threw a towel across the doorway!

Security is high because of the heavy Tourism Police presence at the square. But there is zero security at the hotel itself. Front counter is unmanned after daylight and the staircase access lock is not working.. so anybody can freely access parts of the hotel.

Breakfast.. better be there early because the food quantity is little and they do no replenish the food. The hot water dispenser gives out brackish water.

They also do not replenish the soaps & also chose when to make your room up.
