great location next to highway friendly atmosphere nice size room very clean

Our toilet was clogged when we first entered our room and there was feces on the toilet seat. The bed was uncomfortable.

The bedroom area of the suite did not have good ventilation or a window, so the door had to be left open to prevent it from being too hot. I should have considered my pregnancy when requesting location of room. The elevator needed maintainance so the stairs were necessary but difficult. This prevented us from using the amenities such as pool, breakfast etc.

This was our first time traveling with our 19 mo old. I am very picky on where we stay, even pre-child. We were in town to visit the Zoo. The location was great in proximity to the zoo. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast and 3 free drinks were also an added bonus. We had the margarita! The indoor pool was nice and clean with a hot tub. We booked a one bedroom suite. The added living room area was nice for our son to play. The bathroom is on the living room side, which was a plus. There is a microwave, mini fridge and sink. That is hard to see in the listing. The only complaint I would have is the minor cleanliness of things in the room (hair on the shower walls, fingernail clippings on the carpet) and the noise level at night with kids running and stomping past 9pm and even until midnight. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be staying here in the future!
We chose this hotel because of the cleanliness reviews. It did not disappoint-- the room, the lobby, the pool - everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff was professional and helpful. The free meals and snacks in the lobby were such a huge plus. We also like the proximity to 270. Will stay here again!
