It was convenient to where we needed to be

Cons:

It took about 15 minutes to get the shower warm.. the shower pressure was not very good. Took three times as long to take a shower because the water pressure was not there.

My stay was wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast food was really good and i loved the variety of choices. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and professional.

Cons:

At arrival as I was checking in the lady was very rude and may have shown some prejudice towards me. I asked her if the room was a suite she said no. I explained that it was a hotel party and wanted to just see a room. She asked how many people would be staying over and told me that only the guest could use the amenities. I said I have 2 rooms she said that I couldnt leave the kids unattended which I knew. She charged me for both rooms and then deactivated the key to the King guest room.
