You’ll love the Customer Service at this Baltimore airport hotel
Pros:

Excellence in customer Service means everything to me. From the moment I stepped on the hotel shuttle from the airport, I truly felt welcome. Rell was the shuttle driver and was positive, friendly, helpful, polite, and professional. Who could ask for anything more? Once at the hotel, the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfy, and I enjoyed an omelette and more at breakfast. When I am in Baltimore, this is my favorite hotel where I choose to stay primarily for the excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend this hotel..

Being close to the airport after having a bad experience with another hotel. The cleanliness, the size of the room (it was huge!) and having a restaurant on the property.

Super convenient, accommodating, clean and comfortable.

Very convenient and great customer service, shuttle collected us at car rental return and we had shuttle to airport, that all went very smoothly. Reception was helpful and accommodating. Room very comfortable!

Great Value, Clean Hotel with Exceptional Staff!

A Wonderful reasonable stay! The BWI Airport location is a perfect, short drive! “Rell” was the Driver, arrived quickly for my airport pickup, was friendly, and drove me safely to the hotel! Brianna and Notara at the Front Desk were Professional and Efficient in assigning my room! The room was quiet, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Manny and Grace, Servers in the Restaurant area were courteous and quickly took care of all my and other customer needs! The food is Delish! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay when flying out of BWI
Pros:

The entire experience was excellent. The room, the staff and the shuttle to the airport. Ashley and Tashai were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we fly out of BWI.
