Tremendous Customer Service
Pros:

After traveling most of the day and learning our connecting flight was canceled for 24hrs we decided to get a room along with many other people. Rooms were impossible to find but Sherika and Tiesha were amazing. Tremendous reception service from both of these ladies who went above and beyond to find my husband and I a room during a difficult time. The Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport has been a wonderful experience. Thank you Sherika and Tiesha.

I was unfortunately, way laid at the Baltimore airport due to mechanical issues with my plane. Dragging in after midnight, the staff was helpful, sympathetic, and extremely accommodating. Ashley especially!

HOTEL IS A TOTAL FAILURE
Pros:

We are an IHG member which entitles a discount when you eat & drink at their bar-restaurant hotels. We have always received this many without any problem. The waitress told us she consulted with manager Grace Scott and said to approve the discount. Then, they changed their mind. These was a failure of communion & obligation. We will never stay at IGH hotels.

Location close to airport, convenient shuttles every 20 minutes. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Bar and restaurant staff were overwhelmed and didn't get food out in some cases for over an hour or not at all. I had to walk across the street to the Marriott to eat.

Unfortunately, there was only one elevator working, so we had to wait a little longer for the one elevator, but it was doable.
