Clean. Nice room. Good food in the evening.
Breakfast was terrible. Came downstairs in the morning only to find carnage. A coach party was in and it was awful. The staff were totally overwhelmed. The food ran out. People everywhere and you couldn't move!! I've been here a few times recently, but this wasn't acceptable.

Facilities were nice and clean and it was quiet so I could do some work without interruption and the free internet had good speed without buffering. I've been previously and it's pretty good value. I noticed there was a sign this time telling you breakfast options as there is no information in the room.
Reception was a bit rushed and not particularly welcoming, a very "business-like approach. Don't get me wrong nothing was said or disrespectful that I took offence too but a smile wouldn't go far wrong. Still think the continental is breakfast needs work and the cooked breakfast wasn't inspiring. There were no sauces.
I felt sorry for the female staff having to serve alcohol to and then put up with rude drunk male customers. The team were super helpful and friendly and did not deserve to be treated that way. I am sure that a male presence that night would have changed this.
We have stayed here twice now and it’s a perfect hotel, close to xscape, £10 parking, late check out, nothing is any trouble. The rooms are much better than a lot of hotels they have everything you need!

The facilities. The room was excellent value for money, spacious, presumably recently refurbished, good equipment all of which worked. The evening meal was very good (cheeseburger). Wifi was absolutely fine if not a little painful to get on initially but worked great. Interior decor was really nice and the bathroom I though was tastefully decorated. Managed to get work done on the lap top without no noise evident. Coming back in two days for another overnight business stay.
Staff went missing at breakfast so I helped myself and then told them later I had eaten, which room and the fact that it had been paid for beforehand. Continental breakfast wasn't great, not enough choice of cut meats or cheeses, needed to be boiled eggs available and nice croissants with jams.
