Pros:

The bed was super comfy had a great night's sleep. The lady that checked us in was really nice and informative.

Cons:

There was lots of hairs in ours room that was not ours ! Put me off, the lady who was at breakfast was rude and very unhelpful!!! Kept us waiting for over 10 mins ! The breakfast was ok, not worth the tenner each ! A shame free thing really let us down !

We were extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

It was close to M62 and the location of my visit.

Cons:

No towel rails in the bathroom or door hooks.
We found out about the charge for parking after we had booked. This was a surprise as on our last visit there wasn’t a charge.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

It was pretty loud, and sadly the restaurant wasn't open for some reason, bit annoying especially when travelling with a 3 year old.
