Absolutely wonderful experience! Staff was welcoming, very accommodating, sweet and friendly. 5 star experience! Concierge was top notch (thank you Makhaya Kula)! Large and comfortable suites, excellent breakfast buffet, affordable food/room service, clean and well maintained grounds, free transport to Mandela Square/Mall. Made Johannesburg trip surpass expectations :)

Pros:

Very happy with choice of hotel for first stay in johannnesburg. Food excellent. Pool was closed for one afternoon during our stay but staff arranged and took us to a neighbouring hotel to use their’s. Reinforced how good the pool area was in our hotel. Punctual shuttle to Sandton city. Hotel also on free shuttle stop for hop on/off bus
