Pros:

El desayuno es bastante malo. Un melon totalmente pepino, una piña mal cortada y dura y una papaya pasada.
El señor de las tortillas no ha visto una tortilla en su vida, te hace una especie de revuelto raro.
Del pan, ni hablamos.
O sea, indigno de un hotel de este nivel.

Cons:

Que me cobraron mas de lo que me salia en la web. Eso de pagar en destino en este caso es un timo.
Le pedimos un late check out ...y nos dieron 1 hora!!!

Pros:

The fact that it’s central in Sandton.

Cons:

Housekeeping and receptionists that worked night shift during my stay. They kept referring me and not assisting.

For a place that’s 5 star,everything was below par to be honest including the breakfast.
There was also no water in the room on both nights.

They charge R60 for a room service tray. I also ordered a drink the following night and the “tray” was more expensive than my drink.

The concierge team is amazing

Pros:

Bem localizado, tem van para levar ao shopping e à estação de metrô que vem do aeroporto, cafe da manhã bem diversificado, funcionarios bastante solícitos e atentos, quarto amplo e silencioso

Excellent Service
Pros:

This hotel gave me an out of this world experience. The staff are the friendliest people I have ever noticed/. As soon as I sat down for my breakfast, I had someone asking me what hot beverage I would love, within a space of 10 minutes, I had 5 of the staff asking and that the is what I call excellent service. We had a problem with the TV where one cable was accidently plugged out and I wasn't aware of it, I made a call to reception, and withing 5 minutes I had a technician help me. Great venue indeed

The Royalty Treatment
Pros:

I had the best experience at NH hotel, the staff were kind, services were top notch and yes, I can’t leave without talking about how professional and kind Katlego ( not sure of the spelling of her name) was to me.

The thing that I enjoyed the most was the free shuttle drive from the hotel to the Nelson Mandela Square and from the hotel to my work place, this was a service available for everyone in the hotel and free of charge too. The drivers too were soo professional and amazing Wish to come back another time

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing from start to finish.

I initially booked through Booking.com and selected the “pay at the property” option. The total shown when I booked was approximately R5,000 including breakfast, but when we arrived, we were told the amount was R6,778, which was a significant and unexpected difference.

I had specifically booked a couples room, but we were initially given a room with two separate single beds. We requested that the beds be joined or that we be moved to a suitable couples room. We were then moved to a disabled-accessible room, which was not suitable for us. The bathroom was particularly difficult to use, with the toilet positioned awkwardly and the shower having very limited space and not being properly set up for a comfortable shower.

The room itself also had windows that could be opened, which raised concerns about privacy and security. The bed was old, extremely squeaky, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room was also a connecting/joint room, which added to the lack of privacy.

After we were moved to the new room, we were not given room key cards, which was very inconvenient. There was also poor communication regarding breakfast, as our room information was not properly updated, causing further confusion.

Overall, the experience did not match what we expected based on the booking, particularly considering the amount we ended up paying. The accommodation and service need significant improvement, especially when it comes to accurate pricing, room allocation, communication, and basic guest comfort.

The cleanest, safe and best hotel in Sandton Jo’berg
Pros:

I had a wonderful time at the pool .. the pool counter official was wonderful. Keep it up HLOKOMELO. Your customer care is 10/10. Hope to see you soon .
