Lovely experience
Pros:

The whole experience was such a lovely surprise. But honestly, the Beef Tataki starter and the mash with mains were AMAZING! Really great spot for an intimate, yet delicious meal.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

1. I had booked the room for the previous night as i was landing at 7am. when i got there i was made to wait for 25 mins till the room was made ready. defeats the purpose of booking the room for an extra night!
2. During the day, 2:30pm, there was loud drilling and banging in the next room to me. i had to cut a work call short. No warning given or anything. very very disappointing.
3. Room was cleaned, but no towels were given - they came about 5 hours later in the afternoon / early evening. absurd.
4. To get to the gym / pool, you literally have through a worksite.

The breakfast was abundant and diverse. The staff were very attentive and friendly and proffesional

Cons:

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The tennis court is unusable due to its condition, and the sauna is extremely disappointing it’s just a small room with a hitting.

The room itself was far below expectations. The TV is not even a smart TV, which is surprising for a hotel that claims to offer a luxury experience. On top of that, the refrigerator makes a constant noise throughout the day and night, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.

Amazing experience
Pros:

The check in was smooth. The staff is friendly and very welcoming , I was assisted by Alice and the welcome drinks were nice because there was a non- alcoholic option. There’s no noice and the reception area is clean. The atmosphere is amazing as well as the hotel location.

Our trip to Sandton
Pros:

It was the best experience. After arrival at the NH hotel in Johannesburg Sandton we were wellcomed very well with soft drink. After checking inn we were helped by a staff to our beautiful room. The hotel is a walking distance to a big mall in Johannesburg The Nelson Mandela Square. There is a vailable shuttle to and from the mall. The driver is excellent

Great stay in the city
Pros:

Very nice place to stay in the city. Safe to walk around during the day to shops, restaurants etc. comfortable, with all amenities, sauna, pool and gym.
Room service food was good, although they could improve on their coffee knowledge. But that wasn’t a big deal.
The restaurant and bar was also very nice, great food and good vibes.

Also a free shuttle service to take you shops.
