Great hotel in a lovely area, would definitely come back
Pros:

The hotel's location is fantastic, near the Holborn tube station, 10 minutes walking to Oxford Street and 15 minutes walking to Covent Garden. The apartment itself was clean, newly refurbished and well equipped with everything guests might need. We asked for a baby cot in advance and the staff was attentive and responsive. A special thank you to Melanie for being so kind and helpful to our children, and to the rest of the team for making our stay so pleasant.

Cons:

A little bit more cutlery would've been nice, we also had a little problem with the TV in the living room but the staff assisted us quickly.

Pros:

Excellent location near to restaurants, pubs, and cafes. Tube only a couple of minutes walk away, and easy to walk to popular London tourist sites. Would definitely stay here again

Pros:

La ubicacion muy buena, a 100 mt de la estación del metro que conecta al aeropuerto. Muy cerca caminando de Covent Garden y muy bien comunicado con el transporte público. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y bien equipadas

Sehr gute Lage. Großes Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Teilweise laute Geräusche aus den Wasserleitungen, die sehr störend waren. Das personal war anfangs sehr freundlich und hat uns auch ein früheren Check-In ermöglicht, bei der Abreise hatten wir ein anderes Personal welches nicht sehr freundlich beim Abwickeln vom Unterstellen der Koffern war. Das hat leider am Ende des Aufenthalts die Erfahrung negativ beeinflusst.

Very good stay
Pros:

Well kept, good size rooms, great breakfast and staff were lovely especially the people who were managing the breakfast room. Handy kitchenette with fridge and convection microwave in the room too. Good location not far from Covent Garden. Opposite Holborn Underground Station.

Cons:

No wardrobe in room or drawers. On a busy road but sound proofed windows.
