It was a better stay after switching to a room that didn’t smell like dog or set my allergies off.

Location. Room they moved us to was way better.

How are original room smelled like dog and my allergies flared up and was told by staff that it didn’t smell like dog.

Our room never got serviced. Each day, we had to bring down our dirty towels and ask for fresh ones, and we didn’t leave a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door past 8 a.m. We had to visit the desk downstairs twice for toilet paper.
