Our room never got serviced. Each day, we had to bring down our dirty towels and ask for fresh ones, and we didn’t leave a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door past 8 a.m. We had to visit the desk downstairs twice for toilet paper.

Terrible
Cons:

We got locked out our room after leaving for a shopping trip.The toilet constantly ran all day even after they fixed it.They was never even going to pick up our trash we had to call even though we clearly booked the whole weekend ....oh they put us in the 2nd building up stairs with no elevators knowing we had small kids!!! Will never stay at this location again....
