Place was very clean and nice location but probably won’t stay again due to the other disappointing issues

Charged for a parking spot? Really ? Also ended up in a room with full size beds , really needed queen size since there were 3 of us

Pros:

The beds were so comfy! I loved the size of the room. The shower was good. The lobby area and breakfast bar were nice.

Cons:

The toilet didn't flush and they told me maintenance would fix it the next day. I didn't want to go my whole stay with no working toilet so I had them switch my room. The pool was unusable due to the water being still and looking gross. For the price, it should be a little nicer.

Excellent airport hotel
Pros:

We love the hotel. It is close to the airport and parking is so much cheaper than at the airport. The 24-hour shuttle is a blessing as we needed to be at the airport by 4 am. The breakfast is usually very nice, but we left before it was served. However, the hotel had coffee and snacks out for us at 3:30 am. The room was as expected for a hotel of that type. it was clean and the bed comfortable. That's all we wanted other than WiFi. The WiFi was strong and our grandkids stayed busy.

Real luxury isn't costly. It's kind.
Pros:

Since this hotel is luxury to me, I thought the price was great. Also, I felt very comfortable coming and going. I didn't feel like anyone looked down on me which for me is a big deal since I struggle with feeling less than. Thank You.

Pros:

Location is good, room size is good, breakfast needs improved and sofa beds need replaced , while I've stayed multiple times mainly because you can get extra people in a room/suite, ut for aure needs some investment upgrades

Perfect.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast had everything you needed to start the day and the staff were very friendly. Nearby there is a mall and various restaurants, a racetrack and casino, next to I75; we left very satisfied.
