Great location and Quality
Pros:

Excellent location for our needs. Drove into town for a ballgame and just needed a safe, clean place to stay. The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The room was very clean, everything was in good working order and honestly much nicer than expected. Would definitely stay again.

Good but could do better
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location close to downtown Cincinnati but both ice makesrs (3rd & 5th floor) have been broken for the last three years.

Expected and Satisfied
Pros:

A remodel is on the way, and that can only help what is a very pedestrian hotel. That is good for one night on a business trip. There was nothing particularly memorable, which is good because that shares that there’s nothing terrible. However, the rooms are dated, and they only have Chromecast. Keeping the temperature regulated was somewhat challenging, but not a problem. Breakfast was forgettable and getting an airport shuttle was easy. At least the staff cares which is a good thing. I’m sure I’ll be back next time I travel.

Great hotel would recommend staying there everything was great.
Pros:

The hotel was great as well as the location,the guest service was super nice ,the breakfast was good, beds/pillows were comfortable room was clean and housekeeping was great ..great place to stay ..

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

All of the staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. We booked two rooms, they thoughtful gave us connecting rooms without us having to ask. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of.

Cons:

There’s really nothing I can say. Everything about our stay was perfect,
