The towels and bed linen were clean, there was no smell of cigarettes—neither in the hallways nor in the room itself. I was pleased that I didn't encounter any cockroaches. A kitchenette with an electric stove and sink, but no dishes
The furniture are ancient; an older-model refrigerator and microwave in working condition. Soap was tiny, no single-use shampoo, no coffee maker or kettle. It’s ok for a one-night stay, but a bit pricey for a room in this condition.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this property and can’t say there was anything I particularly liked about it.
There was no shampoo, and there was no comforter or blanket prepared for sleeping. Even though I had mentioned I was bringing a child with me, there was nothing provided for the baby to sleep on. It was very disappointing.
In one room guests were cooking spicy food with door open. The smell was lingering for a couple of days. Hope mgmt recognises such situations and put some restrictions in place

It was quiet, largely.
Basic supplies like toilet paper, soap and shampoo were not available until requested. Never did get shampoo.
Nothing at all
The room was falling apart, bathroom ceiling had a huge water bubble and was leaking, dresser drawer was missing, fridge handles were broken off, the floors were black and haven’t been mopped in so long- our white socks were immediately black. The rooms do not look like the photos. There was never anyone at the desk, we had to get new keys 3x because they stopped working to get in our room. The hallways were SO DARK and smelled horrible. The fire alarm went off at 1am and we had to go outside with 2 kids because someone pulled the alarm. During that time, no employee was to be found. Disappointed in this place especially for the money we paid.
Totally outdated, carpet in the hall was dirty never got vacuumed, sink wouldn’t drain, kitchen tap leaked everywhere when you turned it on.
No ashtrays outside so cigarette butts everywhere.
We asked for extra blanket they didn’t have any.
Breakfast was very very limited.
Fire alarm went off at 1:00 AM and the police were there the next day.
Never stayed here before and will never again.

General manager lori was the worst guest relations or management personnel ive ever seen at a hotel and I've lived on the road for the last 15 years..Amenities were broken and we're reported the day we walked through the door, went a month with nothing fixed and then was charged personally for the damages we reported before ever staying a night..corporate even called and gave a chance to correct things and now waiting on the district manager to step in. Could be a really great place and the manager Stephanie was truly amazing and could make this the best hotel around.
Rented a room with a kitchen. No problems other than a stray bug. Everything works. Can’t comment on maid service, that type of room is serviced every 2 weeks but getting towels/etc was simple. Multiple washers & dryers too. Front desk polite, responded quickly & respectful.
This is a worst hotel. Do not stay here. Not worth the price they are charging. Hotel is dirty and there is no breakfast. 0 out of 10. Thanks!
