It appears to be a run down,dirty,unsafe,dump
Pros:

Nobody was at the check in desk….all chained up with a huge lock and bars
Two other people were trying to get a room by calling and had been calling for over a hour with no answer
I did not get a room number or any key….The place was very dirty, dark,and felt unsafe

I left, there was no room availsble to me per my reservation. I would not have stayed in that dirty dump!

We don’t like the property, it’s very bad. It seems that they’re not putting any effort to clean the property. , it’s like a ghost hotel. Very bad experience,DON’T BOOK.

We didn’t even able to check in because the front desk was closed when we got there, there was no one in the front, they pod locked the check in area,what’s worst is we paid it online, they should’ve contacted us if there was something wrong so we can cancel the reservation and find another place to stay in, we’ve travelled for 7 hours, we booked it one day ahead they still had time to contact us. But they didn’t care. So we had to find another hotel to stay in for the night, so we had to pay again.It’s very inconvenient.


Now, we went back to the this property to get a refund but the front lady was not very helpful, she tossed us around to whoever, very rude, and she was always away to her desk.I called different people,the third party, I got an answer, but we were so upset because she didn’t even do anything she didn’t answer the email from the third party, so we can get our refund on the same day that we went back there.Now, we have to wait, no one knows if when we get our refund.

I hope the owner has time to review this

It was in a good location for walks or quick drives. Staff was pleasent

Cons:

We had to waiit about 40 min late for our room due to a mix up. The room was not clean at all. We took pictures of many things for proof. Toothpaste stains in bathroom sink. Food was left in freezer. Carpet was not vacuumed. Counters were sticky. Found stains on bed blanket. Card keys kept not working. Huge water bubble above the bathtub,they came to pop it,but didnt come back up to clean the mess he made on floor and in tub with. No plunger in bathroom.
One of the worst places we've stayed at. Would not go back.

It was horrible!
Pros:

Hotel was dirty smoky smelling in hallway and room.
Sheets and bedding yucky
Room dirty not vacuumed not clean toilet or shower.
Nothing clean or nice about hotel or room.
Bad!

Cons:

Room and lobby. Keys wouldn’t work on several of the people’s doors. Smelly from smoke. Everything could be upgraded and cleaned. Bedding horrible.
