If the front door a dirty, its a sign that the business is dirty. Should have turned around and walked back out.

This hotel needs to be tore down and remodeled i checked in then checked back out me and my kids was suppose to stay for 2 days.
Horrible dirty towels , bedding and counters , floors and tables were ALL DIRTY !!!
This place was dirty, the walls were scraped, my bathroom was dirty and the furniture was like 2 feet off the ground. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life! Rooms run down!
The ironing board was in pieces; the pad soaked in some mystery brown liquid. I brought it to front desk and they replaced it with a good one.
Dirty sink area (caked soap scum), toilet (dark ring), bathtub (dirt? stains) - I told front desk staff and they gave me disinfectant, wash cloths and toilet brush.
Must keep shoes on when walking in room; carpet "sticky"
Spent the night after attending the Minnesota Scottish Fair and Highland Games. Didn't book the room until the Thursday before attending on Saturday. Wasn't able to check in until after 8:00pm, yet the front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful. Room was ready and clean. After about an hour after checking in, the Front Looby staff called to check with me as to how the room was and if I needed anything after getting in.
The Tv was low we couldn’t watch it became we couldn’t hear it. The room wasn’t clean. The tub looked nasty. The floor was dirty. We asked if they could clean it. The man told us that they don’t clean it unless you’ve been in there for 14 days.

Great customer service, very clean , and well kept. I stayed with some friends for a few days we really enjoyed our time.i highly recommend this location if visiting or if you are just looking to get always this is the perfect place to do so. Really great experience
I loved the hospitality and the service was amazing. My room was clean, the bed was soft. When I came down for new towels, the man at the front desk was nice, I’m a soft speaker and ppl have trouble hearing me. He didn’t complain, he just asked can I speaker a little louder,it was handled very nicely.
The property elevator needs to be fixed and also a lot of things customer service could be better than it is and also a lot of things shouldn’t be broken. That’s why they can’t rent out the rooms they need to rent out.
The property is not well-maintained. The room was smelly and rundown. The front desk staff were polite but not professionally dressed. I canceleded my reservation the next day.
