Clean the floors.
Pros:

Close to the beach and heated pool. Beach water was rather cold so having a heated pool was nice.

Cons:

The floors had a grease like film and it appears they did this to give the floors a shine. I literally hand cleaned the floors. It was yucky and never took my slip on off.
The bathroom sink was sooo slow to drain that we used the bathtub for daily hand washing and teeth brushing. Floors needed three runs to clean off the black dirt and the yucky film.

Great location, comfortable and clean but has plumbing issues.
Pros:

Check in staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Our shower never got hot or even warm. Our toilet didn't flush at all. There is an expectation to take out your own trash and wash your dishes. I'm not leaving the place a mess for staff to clean up after but I'm staying at a hotel, opposed to an Airbnb for a reason.

Solid stay and good value if you want something different than The Hampton Inn.
Pros:

Location near the beach, size of cottage, convenient booking, reasonable kitchen supplies, front porch, comfy memory foam bed.

Cons:

No blackout curtains, menstrual stain on sofa bed mattress, no bathroom fan made it stinky and steamy, no coffee filters for coffee maker, broken window springs in front porch. Seemed generally clean but humid air and vinyl floor made it feel sticky, not comfortable in bare feet.

Good location near the beach but the room was not good.
Pros:

Cons:

The room we stayed in smelled odd, very muggy humid room, the bed sheets seemed dirty and smelled bad. Bathroom shower curtain old and dirty. Some of the sheets smelled like old milk. Seemed like a nice room that isn’t well cared for.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. I was able to park in front of my room. That made unloading and loading easy. I used the laundry room and it was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed.
