The staff and the pools
Too crowded, tvs never worked
location was the only good thing, and my room was almost cleaned well, but there was a putrid bag from raw seafood that was left on top of the fridge.
The staff was extremely rude and cruel to me, mainly Diana. She intentionally inflicted emotional distress on me by refusing to give me a vacant cottage after the one she tried to force on me was in disrepair and smelled nasty. Even then she did not respect me enough as a human being or a customer to try to fulfill my request. She did not want to do her job, she was getting off on her little power trip. She BROUGHT ME TO TEARS! She was a very bad employee and should not hold a position where she interacts with customers. Only after I was sobbing from discomfort did another employee agree to move me to the vacant cottage I had requested, it took less than FIVE MINUTES. Nobody wants to do their job, they would rather enjoy their little power trips ruling over customers instead. The only nice person was the cleaning lady, a little older maybe 50s lady who made it a point to check on me during my stay. Honestly, I was so distraught by the treatment from Diana at check in, I did not get to enjoy my stay whatsoever. I wasted my time and money! I really would like a refund.

I love the location
The bed and pillows are fantastic, we stayed on a second room suite and the balcony was perfect
The room we were staying The living area has 2 sofas that smell not very good ( had like a humid smell and was wet probably someone sat being wet and the humidity start getting in the room
Also the bathroom ceiling vent has mold
The ac was set to 68 very cold and that helps for odors but once you set it to 72 you start feeling the smell in the living area

the bed was ok and room was cool.
The cottage we stayed in just needs to be bull dozed down. the bed was ok, room was cool but....the bath tub foundation was very soft, felt like we were going to step through bottom. we had to stand on sides of tub where there was strength. also, i went to use the ironing board, it wouldnt stand and fell over. I told front desk so they wouldnt charge me for damages. We had reserved a 2nd unit for our daughter, she had to take a shower with out a shower curtain, because no one would answer ph at front desk. she did use a sheet and threw it over shower rod. I will not recommend any one stay at Seaside Village resort.

The location was great! Pool was nice!
The bathtub was literally cracked and had some sort of tape holding it together. The bed was awful. I'm pretty sure you could feel the springs. Two of the towels were stained horrible like at that point just don't use them.
The location was great. The cottage was nice and roomy. Having a parking space right in front was a plus. Overall great experience.

Check in was 4:00pm. We weren’t able to get into our unit until 5:15pm.
Pool light was broken and just hanging in the water.
The room was dirty, the appliances and furniture were in poor condition, and it smelled musty.
