Great locaction, but the suite was terrible. Other rooms looked to be fine as family member rented another room on ot

Property looked nice for the most part, however our suite seems to be forgotten as the entrance staircase was filled with repaired golf carts and parts and tools spread throughout the area. I could believe that our room was above this mess. The room number not labeled so I had to ask random guests what room number they were in and try to make sure we were above this mess.

Cons:

Mess in front of staircase of room, room did not look sanitized as garbage disposal and room smelled like fish, old coffee grounds with mold found in coffee maker, tv had no remote controls and they were old and placed in awkward positions high on wall where we could not reach them. Not smart tv’s., - A/C must had barely been turned on as room was extremely humid with slippery floors. Pool did not have restroom so I assume kids and guests would pee in pool. Very outdated furniture. Suite was not a good experience.

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe zum Strand
Pros:

Wir hatten Einheit 202, top Ausstattung, sauber und ebenerdig. Küche voll ausgestattet.
Bad und Schlafzimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Alles top. Es gibt Nichts zu kritisieren.

Pros:

The location, and walking distance from the beach was amazing.

Cons:

We were unfortunately, on the fourth level in our loft. Not necessarily the biggest downfall, but the stairs were terrible. It would’ve been nice to know that that was a possibility, but maybe if that is just on me. When we arrived one of our loft had the previous vacationers dirty , forgotten clothes on the ground , as well as their Whataburger trash . Fortunately, it didn’t take them long to come clean it, but it definitely made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room. The parking is also terrible. There isn’t much parking, with assigned / designated areas for each building that were completely overflowing. They rent carts out and had spots for carts to park ,but this was not enforced. Multiple small carts were taking up full-size parking lot spaces making it near impossible to find a spot. When we brought this up to them, asked if there is any extra parking, the lady at the front shrugged and said that there must be extra cars/people. On the last night we ended up in small spot , made for the carts , leaving half my car in the grass. Finally, we found a dead bug in our shower. When we brought this up, the lady said that this is their home and it happens. A part of me could write this off, because I understand this can happen, especially with the palm trees around the buildings. That being said, I have stayed in multiple places in Port Aransas over the years , and not once have found any bugs in my room .

Close to the beach and places to eat, last minute booking worth the price.

Cons:

The front door did not close/lock completely, I had to move the couch in front of door in order to have peace of minds at night.

I felt very safe and comfortable, only the logistics could’ve been more clear.

Great location, nice room for families and perfect beach vibe!
Pros:

This was the perfect place for our stay. We were so close to beach access, shops and food. The porches were adorable, and we particularly loved the two pools, one being heated. It was convenient to be able to rent a beach/golf cart right from them as well.
