Nicht nur die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen, auch die Einrichtung des großen Zimmers wirkte mehr als abgewirtschaftet. Es funktionierte keine der zwei Lampen am Bett. Bei einer hing der Glaskolben der Lampe nur noch an einem Draht, wodurch eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr bestand! Küchenutensilien in der Wohnküche - Fehlanzeige. Der Flachbildfernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt und hatte auch die beste Zeit lange hinter sich. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Die Halterung der Dusche war ausgebrochen, wodurch der Duschvorhang den Boden der Wanne bedeckte. und es nur noch eine Frage der Zeit war, wann der Duschvorhang mit samt Stange herunterfällt.

Nothing went well. There were no sheets,pillows,etc, not soap . The shower has mold. Outside there was dog dedication, urine .The place was horrible.

Room wasn’t ready @ 3 nor 4:30. Gave me another room and the room key didn’t work so we couldn’t get in the room. When staff tried to open it, it still didn’t work. We asked for another room since that wasn’t our original room and was told no. The room had bottle caps on the floor and salsa in the fridge which means it wasn’t all the way cleaned. Most of the plus didn’t work either.

Booked a mobility access room, but never received one. Lack of light bulbs, no chair to sit in, cockroaches. Microwave temperature control broken; stove top didn't work. Handicap parking was in the middle of the parking lot and very difficult to walk the distance to the hotel and get to my first assigned room. Unkempt property, amenities missing/not working have made this my last stay at this facility.

Only one towel in room, no hand towels or washcloths. When I went to ask for more, they said they would call me when they were out of the dryer.they never called. Room did not have pillowcases on bed and had to get some and put them on myself. Some random leftovers in the fridge from previous guest. Looks like water damage in the bathroom from leaks, and on ceiling in room-droopy spots in ceiling. The overhead light has dead bugs all up in it. It was filthy outside with garbage area, and at night when I was trying to sleep I kept smelling a gross musty smell. I stayed here for an outpatient surgery, so it was nice that it gave me plenty of room to get steps in while recovering. I was happy there was a recliner chair in there, but alas, that also did not work. No little shampoos did have a couple soap bars, but only one towel to shower and/or dry our hands. Whoever was above us, they were stomping back and forth or running back and forth the whole day, not so much at night. Not super great for surgical recovery. Their office is is not 24hrs. They close at 10pm.

I deserve a refund in the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm. I was paying for comfort and safety. Me and my 3 daughters were up for about a hour with the fire alarm ringing

Got locked out of my room and I mean key card stopped working in the middle of the night and office was closed and no reimbursement was offered or extra day offered

Run down, dirty torn carpets, garbage all overflowing from garbage cans, no towels had to wait until 9:30 PM, section 8 housing of strange people.

I ordered 2 rooms to be close together and they were not

The shower was broken and the sink didn't work

Got charged on booking app and at the hotel I called a few times and never got an answer from the hotel

Extrem laut! Man hört jeden Schritt von nebenan und drüber. Zimmer war dreckig und wirklich schlecht. Über der Dusche kam die Farbe oder Tapete entgegen, der Boden war teils offen, sehr alt. Wir haben extreme Probleme mit der partei über uns gehabt. Rezeption war nicht besetzt, an die Telefonnummer ist auch keiner gegangen. Beim checkout auch niemand da, auch hier telefonisch niemanden erreicht. Wurde uns auch so nicht gesagt. Eine nachträgliche Klärung fand nicht statt. Selbst der Booking Kundensupport konnte mit der Unterkunft keine Einigung finden.

Ich pers. Würde dort nie wieder buchen!
