Stay was Great
Pros:

The hotel and room was nice. The laundry was convenient and the gym was decent enough. Location was great and the courtesy shuttle was awesome.

Cons:

The staff wasn't very friendly when we arrived and when we left. Customer service goes a long way. These ladies were lacking in kindness.

I had a very disappointing experience at check-in. I understand that asking for a deposit is an important policy, and that was not the issue. The problem was the way I was treated by the staff member assisting me.

I had just arrived after an 11-hour flight and had already paid for the room in full; the only thing remaining was the deposit. For some reason my cards were not working at first, and while I was trying to resolve the issue, the staff member was extremely rude and showed no willingness to help or understand the situation. She made it clear that she did not care whether I stayed at the hotel or not.

I politely asked if it was possible to speak with a manager, but I was told that no manager was available and that there were no other options. Fortunately, after a few minutes I managed to fix the issue with my card and the deposit went through without any problem.

When I mentioned that I felt the situation had been handled in a very unfriendly way, the staff member raised her voice and told me in front of other guests that she did not care what I thought.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant welcome after such a long trip, and unfortunately it left a very negative first impression.

Pros:

Typisches Flughafenhotel ohne besonderen Charme. Zimmer war sauber, Bett bequem. Kostenloser Shuttelservie alle 30 Minuten zum Flughafen vorhanden. Frühstück inklusive.

Cons:

Klimaanlage laut, Fenster wegen der Nähe zum Highway nicht zu öffnen. Frühstück besteht leider größtenteils aus Wegwerfmaterial und Unmengen von Plastik.

Not the best. Not the worst.
Pros:

It did not start off very good. It took almost an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. We were told the drivers changed shifts and didn’t communicate that we needed picked up. When we finally got to the hotel, the young girl at the desk was very very sweet and friendly. The lobby was clean and modern looking. The rooms were large, clean, and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be right below the airport runway so you hear jets roaring nonstop overhead from about 5 am till 11 ish at night. We heard stomping from the room above us too. I really enjoyed the comfort of the room but due to the noise, I don’t think I’d stay here again. Coffee and breakfast are provided, which is a nice thing to have when traveling.
