Un bon séjour, hôtel idéalement situé à proximité des stations de métro.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel : proximité des stations de métro, restaurants et cafés. Taille de la chambre, très spacieuse, calme du quartier et le personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

L'absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. L'absence de plateau d'accueil, même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Certes les boissons sont à disposition 24/24, mais au rez de chausée, peu pratique lorsqu'on loge au 4ème étage.

4 star? More like 2.5
Pros:

In no way is this a 4-star hotel. I would rate it 2.5 to 3 stars at most. We stayed for six nights.
Positives: The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The location is also good, about a five-minute walk from the Grands Boulevards area.
Negatives: The hotel is very old and badly needs updating. Our room was extremely small for two people and felt more like a single room than a double. There was barely enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was also tiny, and the shower was clogged on our first night, although to their credit, it was fixed within a day.
Overall, I was disappointed with the condition and size of the room, especially for a supposedly 4-star hotel. There are plenty of 3-star hotels in the same neighborhood that, just from looking inside, appeared newer and better maintained. The friendly staff and convenient location were the best parts of our stay, but the hotel itself does not deserve a 4-star rating.

What a wonderful hotel!
Pros:

Travelled to Paris for a few days with my 12 year old daughter. We loved this hotel! I didn't want a generic type hotel, I wanted something a bit different and this fit the bill perfectly! Spotlessly clean, wonderful atmosphere, great value for money, lovely buffet breakfast and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We had a twin room with a good sized bathroom with bath and shower, which was unexpected. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but there is coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the breakfast room until midnight. The hotel is a comfortable walk to Opera/Palais Garnier and Galerie Lafyette but far enough away to be quiet after a days sightseeing. Small restaurants and supermarkets are all around so there is no problem finding meals or snacks on the doorstep.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for B&B facilities on the edge of the sights.
