Pros:

Très bon emplacement, bars, restaus et théâtres dans le quartier. Grande chambre avec une belle hauteur de plafond, jolie déco, lits confortables. Très beau buffet de petit-déjeuner très bien géré par le personnel.

Pros:

La location, les équipements, le service café/chocolat gratuit sans être obligés de payer le petit déjeuner en entier, la propreté de la chambre.
Hier soir quand nous sommes rentrés il y’avais du bruit dans la rue, j’ai eu peur de l’insonorisation mais pas de problèmes par rapport à ça

Cons:

Le fait qu’à 8h00 nous entendions les portes qui claquent, les dames de nettoyage parler et claquer les portes des chambres qu’elles sont entrain de nettoyer. Le lit se trouvait juste à côté de la porte et ce n’était pas agréable mais bon elles n’y peuvent rien elles font juste leurs travail après tout

Je reviendrais, rapport qualité / prix très bon et super accueil.
Pros:

L’accueil était merveilleux, le personnel aux petits soins ! Merci.
L’emplacement est parfait (près de la gare de l’Est, rue tranquille, quartier avec beaucoup de commerces et restaurants !
L’hôtel est très joli et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

Les chaises en plastic, design mais froides.
Le rideau de la chambre qui ne ferme pas complètement alors que la fenêtre des communs donne sur celle de la chambre.
Les murs de séparation entre chambre qui sont si fins qu’on entend la voisine chanter son karaoke du soir.

Noise from kitchens woke us up!
Pros:

Nice location, completely coffee was a bonus. Reception Staff were so nice :)

Cons:

Room was next to the kitchen area. Woken each moring at 6am by staff making noise in kitchens. The walls shook as they were loading and unloading various things. Very poor sleep as a result. It was a huge disappointment

The curtains in the room couldn't close fully either, which was an additional inconvenience with light coming in. Windows were huge and the curtains were not fitted correctly.

We came back after the 1st day and the tv was on in the room. We suspect a staff member was watching TV while we were gone... very unusual behaviour indeed!

Because I this I wouldn't recommend staying here as we didnt get enough sleep due to noise and light.
