Very convenient spot to stay in Cherokee. I took my own coffee pot from home. Brought my own snacks. They will give you extra trash bags and towels if you ask for them. Water took a little time heating up but it got there eventually. Very quite. Elevator was broken.

Pros:

The trip was great! The only downfall was the elevator ended up breaking down and something with the motor where the fire alarm went off, but there was no fire. Otherwise, it was a great day.

Hotel overall was clean and smelled nice. Beds comfy. Staff friendly. However no coffee maker in room. Only muffins and coffee for breakfast. Dining area closed. Pool and Hot tub covered and not accessible (mid 70s to 80s weather). Will call first if we stay here again to see if the amenities are truly available.

Best Place to Stay!
Pros:

Great place to stay. Wonderful location, clean, great service, near Visitor Center, and Peter’s Pancake Restaurant is practically across the road. Near Elk Herds for viewing. Highly recommend.

Pros:

There were blood dots on my pillow cases on one of the bed and it was dusty in the room . Staff was nice beeakfast was yucky muffins . But in general was cleanon the surface definitely not a continental breakfast and no access to the pretty sitting area maybe low staff

Pros:

Hot water not working and found blood on bottom side of mattress when leaving the room. Guest next to us were drunk and fighting all night
