Clean nice the breakfast is always good.
Last time we waited 2 1/2 hours before we could get in. This time I booked online with bookings and pictures shows the house so when got there I told them that is where we were staying they said ok bookings maybe messed up but I’ll give you the houses and charge you for one whatever the difference is but ended up being charged 3 times I did get 1 back but was charged $208 dollars more then planned and I would have taken my original rooms had I known they were going to charge the $104 twice and not once like they said
Room was ok
Nice and clean

I am extremely disappointed with our stay and, unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what was supposed to be the start of a special family trip.
Before booking, we specifically requested a crib for our 1.5-year-old daughter. Because having a safe place for her to sleep was essential, we even called the morning of our arrival to confirm that a crib would be available. When we checked in, I again asked about it and was assured by the front desk that they would have one brought to our room right away.
An hour passed with no crib. I called the front desk and was told they were still looking for one. It was not until after 9:00 p.m. that someone finally knocked on our door to tell us that all of the cribs AND rollaway beds had already been given out. Their proposed solution was to provide extra pillows and blankets for our 1.5-year-old.
This was not simply an inconvenience—it was a serious safety concern. Extra pillows and blankets are not an appropriate or safe substitute for a crib for a toddler, and we never would have booked this hotel had we been told that the crib we requested and then specifically called to confirm could not actually be provided.
As a result, our daughter was up throughout the night because she is accustomed to sleeping in a crib. When she finally fell asleep on me, I was too afraid to move or fall asleep because I was concerned about her safety. My husband and I essentially got zero sleep, despite having a nine-hour drive ahead of us the following day. To make matters worse, this happened on my husband’s birthday and was an awful, exhausting start to what was supposed to be a wonderful trip.
I want to be clear that the young woman at the front desk was very kind, apologetic, and clearly felt terrible about the situation. My frustration is not directed at her personally.
The staff
Price is very high & then a $250 hold was included. More than the room
Good location, good parking, clean

Very clean. Comfortable beds and a nice breakfast.
Rooms are quiet too.
Staff is very friendly and kind.
Ice machine was working on our floor.
Size of room and comfort were outstanding. Attached restaurant was an excellent perk after a long day travel.
Pool noise was a bit distracting, if going to bed early. Pool does close at a reasonable time though.
