Roaches!!!!!

Cons:

First of all, the lady at the front desk seemed to have trouble checking us in as we had already paid for 1 night thru booking.com. She had to call someone twice for help. That took about 20 minutes or more. So we open the door to the room and roaches scattered everywhere!!! Took one step inside and the roaches were so bad, we went no further. Not even to take a picture. I've never seen anything like it. So we turned in the key and said "no thank you". We left and found a room elsewhere.

My towels were dirty, my door didn't have a latch, the people next to me were in front all night talking loud, the door had a big opening at the bottom, wasn't properly cleaned had roaches and a roach smashed on the toilet seat . Had a bad smell in the room had to buy candles and spray for the smell

The location was good.

Cons:

We booked a non smoking king. Got to our room and the door lock was messed up and was very difficult to open, when we finally got in the room, the floors were dirty, the room had been smoked in, the bedding had cigarette burns and stains in the top cover. We went to the desk and told then what was going on and they gave us another room to find every layer of that beeeding stained and wholy as well as the mattress had blood stains. There were no other rooms anywhere else in the area available due to events going on in the area, so our only option was to stay there. The front desk gave us a shower curtain to lay on the mattress as a barrier because housekeeping had already gone home for the day and We had to go to walmart and purchase bedding for our bed in order to sleep there. We will not stay here again.

Rooms need to be clean and remodel.

The bathroom tub was dirty and had mold . The floors were dirty and it was a few bugs in the bathroom. The cover had a big stain on it. Then when I tell the staff they was rude when I check out and hung up on me,
