The overall stay was great. They let us check in early which was a huge deal and very much appreciated. Thank you fir the excellent service.
The facility is not the quality we expected from Days Inn AT Wyndham.
Some of the other guests, Homeless people in the area, Old rundown facility, broken down vehicles in the parking, and drug use on the property we didn't feel safe to stay there.
It had the feeling of a low income housing project instead of a days Inn at Wyndham property.
We checked out after viewing the room.
We hope to receive a refund.
The staff was helpful. The room was clean. I appreciate the complementary breakfast. The flowers were beautiful. The lawn was unkempt. There was not a pet relief area. At first I felt unsafe in this area. there were no outside lights on in the hallway when we were looking for our room, But they came on a little later. After getting to know the area I felt more safe.
Gross and every room varied on cleanliness and working appliances. Lots of rooms where Erie and empty, place looked as it was old and slowly dying. Lack of maintenance. I’m sure there going out of business one room at a time.
The first room had a front door that wouldn’t close completely or even lock. No problem… got another room! Cool. But the last morning there, I was awakened by the cops yelling at the guy in the neighboring room “open the door!!” Followed by “what weapons do you have in there?!” Lots of homeless people walking around the premises, which breaks my heart more than scares me 😪
People smoking dope in the parking lot.
Bugs in the sink.
Graveyard shift needs to improve their customer service a lot, and they need to be aware that when they're not talking directly through the night window they cannot be heard at all. Especially with the traffic going by. When I said I can't hear you he had a very dismissive attitude.
If you can stay anywhere else, stay there. The staff are okay but the room was dirty, especially the bathroom, the door lock didn’t work, no one fixed the door (my main concern) or offered me another room when I pointed it out, and when I checked out early and reached out for a partial refund the management just ignored me and gave me the runaround. I ended up moving to the Ramada down the street and it was 10x better.
There was a group of girls screaming and laughing outside at 3am. At first I thought it was coyotes but they continued being loud for about an hour.
Room was clean however I think more towels are needed in the rooms. Refrigerators need to be upgraded as well.
Wow, what a terrible experience.
This property was a mess. Pool area and grounds were not as advertized. Bedroom was barely passible. Frankly, it rteflects on Expedia! No happy about this place or you!
The hotel unfortunately is housing for homeless people. Ceiling tiles are falling in the meeting/breakfast room. Cement walkways are cracked and uneven. Stairways rusted and in disrepair. Grass areas not mowed. Pool not usable. No safe in the room. This facility should be condemned.
The stay itself was not horrible however the front desk was left unmanned for an unreasonable amount of time delaying check in for over an hour. Guests had no idea where the workers went just that they were unable to find anyone to get checked in.
The pictures look nothing like the actual property. There are clearly people living here permanently. It was quiet and comfortable--except for the regulars smoking outside the rooms a lot. The worst was that when our key stopped working on the evening before our checkout the front dest employee told us there was nothing he could do and we would have to wait for management the next morning--so we were stuck in the room until we checked out!
Very very poor service, WiFi didn’t work, pool was closed for refurbishment, room was disgustingly dirty, dirt and hair in bathtub. Refused cancellation offered no solution to pool or WiFi, was offered a double room instead of king that I paid for. When I said I was going to look someplace else and report them to hotels.com the disabled the room keys and charges my card for 2 days. Stay away far away!
Had issue with the door to the room not functioning and it did not firmly close and the ground are in bad shape.
Property seems to be in disrepair, the pool was empty, coffee floor stains around the breakfast room remained unclean for 24 hours. My room was adequate.
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. But everything was old and tired and a little dented and broken. The area around was dodgy and the grounds were not kept up well. The pool was empty. Decent breakfast tho.
Do not book here hotel is nothing like the photos. Look like extended stay for people without a home. I checked in and out immediately and the refused to give me back my money because they said it was a “non-refundable” booking! BEWARE!!!!! Hotels.com also would not refund my money because they said it was up to the hotel even though it was booked through their website. They gave me a $4.00 credit for my inconvience.
